This location was in 8200 bistro in Brown Deer Wisconsin. I wish I had something good to say. The ribs were minimum small portions and very oily. The taste of the meat was average. The sides were not good at all. Taste like cafeteria food. The corn bread was the best thing we had.

0 stars! Do you want to know what their $40 worth of food looks like? Do you know how much food I could buy for $40 from the grocery store?! Figured this would be a nice evening in... guess not. Looks like we're getting at least one McDonald's Happy meal to replace this $40 worth of food.

My chicken was pink and bloody in the middle. Rib tips were dry and rubbery with barely anything edible on them. Coleslaw tastes like cabbage and milk, no flavor. And the portions are so small. I will never go here again

Okay so.. I got this for the first time today because they had a good deal, but I hadn’t heard of it prior. While I was waiting for my order I decided to look at reviews….. and was instantly regretting my decision (I actually tried to cancel it before it came but I couldn’t lol) I gave them three stars because I definitely didn’t have the horrible 1 star experience so many had but it’s not likely I’ll order here again. I got the Mac and cheese and rib tips. The Mac and cheese was nothing like the pics I saw in the bad reviews- it was soo good and creamy. Saved the experience from a 1-2 star to a 3. Because the rib tips….. are gross. Soggy and stringy. For a bbq place…. It’s a big no. BBQ sauce isn’t outta this world or anything either. I also ordered a s’mores cookie and it was described as a warm chocolate cookie with marshmallows and graham crackers inside and icecream…… all I received was a plain chocolate chip cookie LOL!!! That was the craziest part to me. They even have a picture of this amazing “s’mores” cookie on the menu and I got literally just a normal chocolate chip cookie…. Basically I was nice with the 3 star. Not sure how this restaurant is surviving tbh….

This has to be my worst food experience ever. This place is a complete and utter joke. I ordered a BBQ Platter choosing Brisket as my protein and Coleslaw as the side. I then ordered an extra side of Seasoned Fries. What arrived by just a handful of fries and barely a mouthful of finely chopped "brisket". In the delivery bag there was 10 little sachets of ketchup which amounted to more "food" than had actually arrived in the container. I was charged $21 for this. Basically for a couple of fries. This is literally stealing from people. On Uber Eats the BBQ Platter is described as "designed for those with large appetites". If that's the case, why did I only get two little spoons of diced meat? The only other thing that arrived was the fries which I paid $4 for, separate to this $17 so called BBQ Platter. Absolute disgrace. They should be shutdown for just outright ripping people off. Stay away from this place.

Could use some cheese on the Mac and cheese but overall satisfied with me, did the job 😋

This is the second time I have ordered from Smokeheads. The first time was sooo good. The second time, my order tonight, was missing both order of wings and there was no side of mop sauce for my food. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since I can't find a number to contact them, even though I ordered through a third-party. So far, inconsistent and that's not cool.

Utter garbage barbecue food. Unfortunately I only read the grubhub reviews as I was waiting to pick up my food. The food has obviously been cooked elsewhere and is then microwaved on site, resulting in soggy, mushy food with no texture. Flavor is almost nonexistent, no smokiness whatsoever in any of the meats we tried (smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork, wings). It's kind of embarrassing that the website refers to an 'authentic pit experience'. Whoever put the website together has found some pictures of excellent-looking BBQ food that are nothing like what you receive. Apparently Rick Tramonto is quite a respected chef / restaurateur. I wonder if he's just put his name behind something and hasn't had any input into the taste or quality of the food? Either way, definitely one to avoid.
