We were looking for a new place to enjoy dinner at and we found Smashburger. The customer service was awesome. The food tasted great and it was fresh. The restaurant wasn't packed and we didn't have to wait so long for the food. I had their grilled chicken sandwich with smash fries and it was quite tasty. My husband tried the brisket burger & smash avocado burger with the brussel sprouts. He had no complaints about the food. My daughter had the kid's cheese burger with tots and she liked her food as well. So, if you are passing through the area (like us), stop by and give them a try.
Talk about an amazing BURGER. Never been here before- (small story) showed up on a random Wednesday at 1 and they were so jam packed with to go orders had about 6 people waiting on their food and no one addressed us about getting our order while we stood there for about 10 minutes or more. Finally when they were done rushing orders out we were able to order. Food was out fairly quick. The flavor was AMAZING. I’d say worth the wait. Wish they would have spoke to us & said “sorry for the wait, it will be about 10-15 minutes till we can take your order” because that would have helped us out on deciding if we wanted to stay or go else where. Plus it’s just good manners and business etiquette - but that’s not a common trait in businesses these days. They don’t care about that stuff. So I guess 5 stars for food quality and 3 stars for lack of customer care/service. So if you don’t mind a wait and have patience go enjoy yourself a Smash Burger. You won’t regret it.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered online they gave me the wrong order and said I couldn’t get refunded unless I drove the burgers back? Ordered 2 very plain burgers got two burgers with all kinds of stuff and I live 30 minutes away, manager was rude and incompetent. DONT GO HERE
No other words than straight TRASH! From the entire establishment, completely filthy. Trash in the floors, garbage bins overflowing, left over food on tables, the drink area soaking wet and sticky. As we waited for our food, we counted at least 5 people bringing back orders that were either wrong or the food was cold/ inedible. The young girl taking orders kept the same pair of gloves on while taking orders, touching money, preparing milkshakes, to-go orders, and touching food in general. Our order was $30 in which we could have added a few more and had a decent sit down meal. We were just driving through on our way home from vacation and have NEVER been in a restaurant this neglected and filthy. Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. Save your time and money and stop anywhere else but here!
The food was great. A little more pricey than in the past but had plenty of food. We both left full. I had the brisket burger and smash fries. Smash fries are the best! The order taker seemed like she didn't want to be there. Luckily she just took our order and brought food out so it didn't ruin our dinner. Will be back soon.
1st time. It wasn't busy when I arrived. Once I ordered it was another story. Burger was fresh and delicious. Somehow my fries didn't come out, the gentleman upsized them for me. The seasoning was good too. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. I'll be back with the family.
First time visit. Loved it. Very clean. Excellent food. Clean dining area. Friendly cashier who read menu for us as tiny print was hard for our eyes. It gave option to tip and wish I had tipped more as she brought our food out and brought our requested items. No tip jar to tip cash afterwards. The boyfriend got BBQ bacon burger double Patty with extra fries and it was pretty delicious and juicy I got the brisket burger I liked it I do wish it had a little bit more barbecue sauce on but I was able to get a couple of it to spread more on it. Enjoy the food and all the places that have the Coca-Cola machines with a different choices I recommend smashburger and would definitely eat there again!!
Every time I have come here the food and service have been phenomenal! The general manager Brett has been working the counter as well as bouncing between other duties all while keeping this place running as smoothly as it absolutely could. I don't think I've had better service anywhere else. Add to all of that the food actually looks like it should the food almost looks identical to what you see on the menus and the commercials.
