Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However the food was not up to standard. Baby back ribs were dry and over cooked and to salty. Beans and potatoe salad is probably one of the worst I have had.

BIG DADDY BEEF RIBS! I have traveled to more than 25 countries and this is definitely one of the best fall-off-the-bone ribs I've ever tasted!!!!! Been there for four straight weekends, coz it's only available on Sunday. TRY IT AND YOU'LL FALL OFF YOUR SEATS. 😁😁😁

A new discovery that always wanted to visit and do not regret to a single bit of it. Service, food quality, prices, design and spirit. You, guys, did great. Thanks. Open space, variety of bbq food selection, juicy St.Louis stile ribs, smokey chicken, unlimited soft drinks and - Pliny the Elder! Cool and pleasant service offering a clean tables in the right time. Should I say more then just, well, I'll be back to enjoy.

I've driven by this place for many years. I finally came to eat. I'm happy I did. I had the tri-tip. I liked their BBQ sauce, it was sweet and not vinegary. I had mac & cheese and fries as my side. My friend ordered the brisket nachos. I really enjoyed it. We enjoyed a pitcher of beer with dinner. It got really busy while we were there. Almost totally full. That would be the only negative is the parking lot is small. Yo may need to park on the street. But that's a small inconvenience for the great food.

I have been coming here consistently for a few years and despite maybe one or two off days where the meat was a bit dry, every other time it has been really solid BBQ regardless of what I order. Would recommend the pit burger or the beef rib they have on Sundays.

Awesome BBQ! We tried the baby back ribs, tri tip, brisket, smoked corned beef, bbq beans, coleslaw, mac & cheese, sweet potato tots, and bread pudding for dessert. Everything was great. Like any truly great BBQ you don’t need to douse the meat with BBQ sauce as the smoked flavor of the meats are great by themselves. As good, actually better, than any BBQ joint I’ve gone to in Texas and Memphis. Baby back ribs and BBQ beans are exceptionally good.

No pictures, as we dug in too quickly. 😊 We got their Q42 to go on Wed, about 345. We were the only customers, but I'm sure that had to do with the time of day. We chose baby back ribs and St Louis Style ribs, and got pit beans and Mac and Cheese as our sides. We ordered a small sweet potato tots as well. We took it to go and enjoyed them at home, reheated. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and nicely smokey. They were generous in their quantity. I had the spicy sauce, which was nicely tangy and just the right heat for me. The beans were a bit saucy, imho, but very tasty. The mac and cheese was very good. The Rotini shaped pasta holds the sauce well. Very good cheese flavor, and, imho, perfect consistency of cheesy and creamy. Not runny and not too rich either. The sweet potato tots were good, but not great. Wish they had a location closer to home. We were on the east side of the Caldecot visiting friends in Rossmoor and decided to grab the chance to get some Slow Hand BBQ. So glad we did!!

No photos... Sorry OKAY so here it is... The meat is great, plentiful and flavorful, that is fact! Service was scarce not very attentive tbh. The sauce is a bit too sweet unless you like it that way. The sides are robust although not my favorite. Overall it was a good lunch... I had the stuffed potatoe with brisket
