First timer here… I would definitely eat again I thought it was pretty good. Just got the 3 way with a cony dog. Place was pretty empty but majority of tables were dirty and we had to wipe off our own booth. Staff was nice a little loud talking about different things that probably should have been kept down a little more. But over all would go again.

I have never had skyline before, but the chili dogs were good and reasonably priced. Our server was great. The soda machine was down while we were there, but that's OK. The other employees were not working they were in the booth behind us with cell phones plugged into the wall scrolling while eating multiple burritos... seemed a little unprofessional. The food was good. Our server was nice, and the restaurant was clean.

Cheese Portions were smaller than normal, wait staff seemed over worked and stressed out but they were nice, took them a while to bring us 2 kids meals and 4 coneys and a small 3 way on a Sunday at 3pm and the food was kind of cold but as a cinci ex Pat we were happy, it was the first skyline we have ate in a year on our way to our fam reunion from nc so we were just so dang happy to have it.

Grant Line Road Skyline is horrible in every way possible. We have frequented many Skyline Chili locations over the years and enjoyed many meals. This location however has been and continues to be AWFUL from food preparation, employee behavior, cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as very poor management/ownership. I would give zero stars if possible. Our last visit began with my husband observing a waitress blowing her nose in the area of the drink station and then proceed to the steam table, picking up customer’s food without washing or sanitizing her hands. My husband walked over to the counter and asked her to go wash her hands before handling food and told her she cannot do what she had just done. The owner brought our order to the table. He served me a salad with a hair on top of it! My husband began to talk to the owner about the hair in my food first and then when the owner began to walk away my husband stopped him and asked why he hadn’t addressed or apologized regarding the waitress’s unsanitary behavior. The owner’s first response was to defended the waitress saying “She has allergies”. As my husband began to ask what the hell do allergies have to do with bodily fluids being transferred to customers drinks and food, the owner reprimanded my husband for saying hell. The owner brought me another salad, however I had told him I didn’t wish to have any additional food. He offered to comp our meal. My husband ate his food and paid for it. We tipped our waitress who appeared new and we felt sorry she was having to experience such poor and unprofessional behavior from the unsanitary waitress training her. Lastly, upon exiting the doors, the unsanitary waitress hollered “Don’t come back!” My husband and I both turned around alarmed to be spoken to in that manner and all the owner said to us when we questioned the comment was “She said something she should not have.” This restaurant needs LOTS of proper training as to making Skyline food up to Skyline Chili standards and behaving in a mature respectful manner to both their own employees as well as their customers. We will drive across the bridge for Skyline Chili. We have had multiple poor experiences at the Grant Line Road location and have stopped frequenting it from time to time to then come back and give them other opportunities to do better. This last experience was the worst of all and we have no intentions of returning as long as it is under the same ownership. I would estimate we eat Skyline Chili on average 5 or more times a month. I have already reached out to customer relations by phone as well as provided feedback on the Skyline website.

I love Skyline and I've never had any issues with this location. I usually use the drive-thru and the employees are very friendly and I've never had a messed-up order. My only wish would be for this location to have the garlic bread like the ones in Louisville.

Went here after a school event with a group and it was great. They accommodated a big party. Food was delicious!

Wasn't too busy when I was there. Server was really nice stayed on top of all her tables. Food was excellent as my first time visiting Skyline Chili definitely will return!

Food I don't see how they have stayed in business so long. The massive cheese is to disguise the chili taste. I wonder if my wife could make her chili and Skyline and my wife have a chili cook-off and if my wife wins skyline start using her recipe. If not I have to eat there once a week.
