Breakfast Menu "Sizzler" Idaho Falls

First time visiting Sizzler. Honestly, the food isn’t bad itself, but I’d just say the portion is not worth the price. As I said, first time coming, I’m not sure how things work, but the cashier didn’t seem to care about helping us understand how things work and I feel pressured with ordering as soon as possible. I think it’s a courtesy to bring up that certain things are add ons and do not come with what I picked, but no, she didn’t do that. I ended up paying extra for stuff I thought comes in the set that I wouldn’t get if I knew I need to pay for. Anyways, the fish and chips got out pretty quickly, and it tasted good. The fries were still crispy. However, the portion is really small for what it costs. As for my lobster and steak, man, they are so small. Oh well, they tasted really good though! I got my steak well done because I don’t prefer uncooked food. I love the seasonings of the steak. They gave us second cups of drinks (probably free refills) even though I haven’t even finished my first cup. I felt bad for wasting but I guessed I paid 3 bucks for each of them. (Not worth it) Like I said, overall, the portion of food we got is really small. We didn’t leave with a full stomach, which is pretty disappointing for how much we paid.

For the price the food, shrimp to steak and lobster with salad bar is quite good. Steak tender and cooked exactly as asked, lobster 4 Oz cooked well. Salad bar is ALWAYS fresh and clean. Food servers have always been attentive and polite but not overwhelming. Two adults and 1 child dining.

We came in today first thing that happened was the lady at the front was a bit rude didn't welcome us to sizzlers. I tried saying hello to her but she just stared at me with a blank face. I was a little set back from it and was confused if we needed to wait for someone else to put in our order but my boyfriend asked if she was ready for us or if we needed to wait. She rudely said we can tell her what we wanted. The food was not great besides the steak and shrimp. The salad bar wasn't great. The tacos are disgusting, the meat did not have seasoning, the chicken was watery and bland. The cheese isn't Queso cheese it's like watered-down Mac and cheese sauce with bits of green chili. I didn't want to eat anything after that because I felt nauseous. The waitress barely came to our table for refills on our drinks or to get more shrimp. This is our second time coming in recently and it's really not worth it

We haven't been here in a few years. We had the salad bar. Our friends had steak and all you can eat shrimp and salad bar with loaded baked potato. The salad bar selections were great and everything looked fresh. Our server was very nice. We definitely enjoyed our meals.

This will be the last time I ever go here. The staff taking our order had no patience or hearing. She kept repeating the wrong items and wouldn't even look at you when she did so. Almost all of the dining room tables were marked off for no use, so the seating was extremely limited. We waited longer than normal for a place like this just to be recognized, let alone for our drinks, utensils, and meals. I had to ask for the basic things that are usually a give, like bread, condiments, etc. The salad bar looked great but tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge uncovered for a while. The steaks were so tough, and the presentation of the food was very disturbing. I have seen better in a school cafeteria, which was much like our experience. None of us felt very well after our meals and into the next day. There's no need to go here again, not with all the other fast food joints around it.

What happened to Sizzler. The food tastes water down. Even the canned beans, fruits,and beets had ZERO flavour. No cream in the Ice Cream, just milk so it should be called ice milk. The food quality makes Great Value taste like gourmet food

Worst service I have ever had here. I spent 50$ for two steak dinners. For both to be overcooked. We complained about one of them they remade it and it's was about 1/3 grisly and fatty. She asked if it was any better I told her it was no better cooked right but this was mainly fat and instead of getting it fixed I couldn't eat my dinner at all.

When did you start charging for baked potatoes and French fries with the salad bar? That’s disappointing. Our waiter, Jeff, was amazing. The regular lettuce in the salad bar was pretty empty but over all it was fresh and good.
