We dined at dinnertime on a Wednesday. They were busy and a few popular items on the all-you-can-eat were out, but everything else was fine. The employees were all friendly and accommodating. Glad to be able to dine at a Sizzler as ours closed during the beginning of covid.

Do not trust them. They sell New York strip steak under the guise of ribeye steak. That is crime! I made an order for my ribeye steak, mash potatoes, and extra grilled mushrooms and onions. I picked them up at the store and brought them to my hotel. When I checked my food, I realized that there were no mushrooms in my container. Instead, there was baked toast. I don't wanna cause big problems cuz it was a tough day, so I just let it be and started to eat. However, the steak was so tough that I could not chew well. At the moment, I'd like to figure out a matter of my meal. I called the Sizzler and explained about omitted mushrooms. The young lady told me you can come to pick up your mushrooms if you want. Without any apologizes. It took 5mins to get there by car, and it was heavy rain. I don't wanna my poor, and tough steak is getting cold, so I let her know I will visit 1 hour later after finishing my terrible steak. While eating, I found that this is not a ribeye steak. It seems like New York strip steak. The price of New York is $4?$ 5? cheaper than ribeye. I closed the lid of container and went to the restaurant right away. I put on a smile and talked to the manager about my steak and mushrooms. However, she said this is ribeye steak. Well... I don't think so. I complained 3 times but she didn't admit it. I felt uncomfortable and upset. A few moments later, she let me sit on the table and said we will cook whole new dishes for you. I think this is a desirable solution. That is the reason why I give two stars. When I received my new steak, that was real ribeye steak. I said to the manager yeah! this is true ribeye steak! The former one was New york steak! Hilariously, she didn't admit that mistake. She just said, "You should bring entire steak before you give complaining to me"

We went here for dinner with a group of around 20 people at 5PM on a Saturday. The salad bar was good. It had salad, wings, orange chicken, soup, nachos and ice cream. The restaurant seemed clean and the staff were nice. The Salad bar was a little under $15 per person.

Haven't had sizzles in alot of years and im talking at least 25 so had to have so went in for dinner and to my surprise after a amazing dinner saw a cashier and turned out to be a very good friend of mine miss jilly bean ❤️ from Vegas Haven't seen her for at least 8 years and what a blessing it was so amazing food amazing staff with amazing customer service and can't wait to go back and try everything

The men in my party ordered "all you can eat" crispy shrimp - which apparently means - "the shrimp that comes with your entree' better fill you up." We were there for 2 hours without a glimpse of our server until it was time to leave. Never did she mention bringing additional shrimp or ask if we needed a refill on our drinks. Of course, this was annoying. But, she forfeited her tip when she did not bother apologizing. If she was not intentionally ignoring us... she had to have realized her mistake upon bringing us boxes so we COULD LEAVE. It is too bad though, the money we wasted on the shrimp would of been better spent as a tip. Maybe next time. Great marketing ploy... Touche'.

It's Sizzler's. It's good food for a decent price. The prices are a little high, but you know the state of the world everything costs more. Kids 3 and under have free access to the salad bar. Which isn't really advertised. The salad bar has a lot of options, my kids love black olives so that was a win there. The steak was cooked perfectly. I would eat here again. Parking here is not ideal, but there is plenty of space.

Don't get the all you can eat shrimp, more bread than shrimp, super oily really rough on the stomach..... steak also was tough, good service nice staff though, next time salad bar for me!

The salad bar isn't bad that's what I usually get here. It's been remodeled and looks better. The staff is very nice. 7/8 return visit! The staff again was super nice! The weird thing they ran out of Salmon at 5p.m. so, yo say the least my sister in law wasn't thrilled. She ordered the shrimp and said it was good but to much breading for her. We told her to order the grill ones they aren't bad. Riblete and salad bar wasn't bad and great price for all you can eat. The steak was cooked perfectly and not bad for the price. This time the salad bar was stocked and the place was cleaner then past visits.
