Kelly, our waitress/bartender was very prompt and helpful about the menu. She was very busy as it seemed she was waiting tables and bartending. We were between lunch and supper. Not too busy for the time we were there. I had chicken tenders that were very good. The bread and cinnamon butter was good also.
Food was good. Service could've been better. Waitress was nice but not very attentive on refilling bread, drinks, etc.
Today we went back to a resturant we had enjoyed many times before. Ordered the same food we always do. We had amazing wait staff Stephen and Kate.... unfortunately our wonderful night was ruined by A HORRIBLE MANGER AND GENERAL MANAGER! I have ordered the same food EVERY TIME I've eaten at this resturant. Prime Rib medium rare, French fries and a salad no veggies (including no lettuce) which means it is simply croutons, cheese and ranch. My daughter orders the same thing except she does 2 salads instead of the French fries as she eats no other sides as well. We ordered our food and about 25 minutes later our waiter informs us that he was instructed by his manager and General manager that they required him to charge us 1.50 per salad because we didn't want vegetables. I told him that was ridiculous send me the Manger. She comes out after the salads were made and states that her cheese and croutons are the most expensive thing on a salad and that she if I wanted them I would have to pay the 1.50 per salad. Keep in mind they have never charged me that before. When I told her I would not pay that she said I can give you 4 croutons and 1oz of cheese if that's what I wanted. Keep in mind I NEVER said I wanted a huge bowl of croutons and cheese. She said "so what am I doing"? I told her to stick them where the sun doesn't shine! Keep in mind she threw away all the product made which not only wasted her "expensive product" or are serving contaminated product, either way apoor decision. But the resturant also lost a customer who spends $240 everytime we come in! Seems to be that's a poor decision for her resturant and when I asked for the GM'S or Owners number she told the waiter to tell me I could call back on Monday! Also keep in mind we were told the GM left after making this poor decision and refused to come to our table even though we requested it!
Awesome food and even better service. Server was very friendly and we had fun joking around with her. The food was delicious and plentiful. They had to roll me out of there. It’s a busy place but they move quickly. I definitely recommend.
I had the brunch sirloin , baked potato and beans. Enjoyed it. Service is good.
Warn & cozy atmosphere, food was awesome & Chea was helpful with the menu and drink selections! Happy hour all day! Prices were reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
This place has been a hit or miss the numerous times we've been there. This visit, they knocked it outta the park! Very delicious. Service was outstanding. Overall experience was worth 5 stars.
First time visiting Sioux City Steakhouse & my staff & I were pleasantly surprised! The steak was delicious; the blackened Shrimp Alfredo was a huge hit! 2 of my Christmas Luncheon guests enjoyed the pure white meat Chicken Tenders with TWO sides. All of the side dishes appeared homemade & were as good as the main courses. Service was great, everyone friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!
