Ok so haven’t been drinking a lot of beer lately…until stumbling across this place. We came in on Thursday and loved everything we tried so we brought some friends back with us and they loved everything too! I loved different beers than what I normally order. Their hangover burger was wonderful. Will definitely be our go to beer place even though we need to drive over an hour to get here! Awesome job Short Fuse and awesome staff too.

Short Fuse Brewery in Rosemount, IL is a beer enthusiast's paradise. With a wide selection of craft brews on tap, there's something for every palate. The industrial-chic ambiance adds to the laid-back vibe, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy quality beer. The knowledgeable staff is always ready to recommend their latest creations. Don't miss their food menu either – the mouthwatering pairings are a delightful bonus. Cheers! The flight is generous 7x4oz serving!

Fantastic beer, bartenders, and atmosphere. I had the pumpkin/coffee ale and a sour that was suggested by Paula, both were great. Paula is only a part timer per our conversation, but she was awesome! If the owner sees this review…tell Florida (Paula) I said thanks!

A neat brewery but overall weak beer sorry to say. A bright aired and large property for all the family. Good prices with food and a good selection of beers from different types. We got a flight that was mixed up we had to use untapped to work them out. Not great experiance.

Great for beer lovers, great for somewhere local and not a mainstream chain. Excellent selection of beers on tap with very knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually stop to talk to you on a genuine level at your table. Food portions are generous and tasty. Worth the walk if staying at one of the nearby hotels. Small selection of merchandise available to purchase and restrooms inside.

Wow! What a fantastic environment here. Stopped by for lunch, had great food, great service, good prices and such a fun environment and decor. All of us will be back to try new things on the menu!!!!

Excellent beer selection and friendly service. This place is nice with good size sitting room. I tried the gunpowder wings, they were delicious. Killer art and great atmosphere Definitely recommended

Bartenders were great, place was busy for a Monday. However, considering that, they were generous and pleasurable to converse, i enjoyed it. Military discount was appreciated. The food was on point. I had the B.Y.O Burger. It was excellent and cooked to perfection. The offered plenty of samples and honest recommendations for my flavor of beers. Overall, it was a great experience!
