Ate my last meal here before they close 😢 sad they are closing they have been here for so long and after they close they said there will not be one here again, im going to miss it I loved the buffet

We had a great service destine she did a great job fresh coffees and made sure we had all good on time. Food was buffet so far good n hot .

They didn't practice social distancing. I understand money makes a business but piling ppl on top of each other during a pandemic isn't the way to go... the waitress was proficient though

I got there for brunch. They were switching over the buffet items. I also notice that the waitresses were wiping down tables, sweeping, and even wiping the salt and pepper and ketchup bottles.

Service was terrible. Buffet food looked as if it had been there for quite awhile as well. The fried chicken was never refilled and me and my friend were there for an hour & a half. Servers were too busy playing with a small child that I'm guessing was someone who worked there's child. They spent more time with that kid than they did waiting on the paying customers. When my food was finally done half of it was brought to me while I had to wait on the other half. I ordered my steak medium well and what I got was something that looked more akin to beef jerky. My friend and I both decided that neither one of us would ever go back. We paid $50 for terrible food and terrible service. We even had to stand and wait for several minutes to even pay for our food so we could leave because a cluster of workers were just standing within 10 yards of us talking among themselves. One of my worst dining experiences ever.

Me and my mom got there about 10:30AM and it was perfect timing. It wasn't busy at all and there was all fresh, full breakfast and lunch foods on the buffet and they were just bringing out the fried chicken. I ate 3 full plates and it was great. I haven't been to Shoney's in over 20 years. I used to have the bear as a kid.

The food was awesome and so was the staff our waitress name was Karen she was awesome

I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I've had. My waitress (Amber) was litteraly the only thing that made my visit pleasant in any way. I watched the manager (Britney) mixing older food with fresh food that came out, the food over all was less than desirable. I also watched as the same manager wore the same plastic gloves while dealing with the food buffet walk past a trash can and ran her fingers/hands around the edge of the trash when walking by it several times in the back (which was straight across from my seating area in very plain sight). And as my family and I were leaving and I paid I watched this same manager remove 2 tips left on tables for the same waitress that I had and she had no problems putting the tips straight into her pocket. I made sure to hand my waitress her tip so I knew she received it. Maybe this is why you all can't keep workers if you have no respect for the patrons paying for the poor excuse you call food being served or the hard working waitress getting their tips stole by their boss 😤 !!!!!!!
