Staff couldn’t explain to me what was on the menu in English and very frustrated to understand them. Very rude and the manager quoted “we are very busy” but it was only me and one person in drive thru. I felt rushed and they didn’t take they time to talk and explain their items on the bored. Lack of communication with the staff because I asked for a chimphill or whatever but she claimed they was out but the manager said they wasn’t. Too much back and forth for old products and hard food. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL MANAGEMENT! The new management lack communication and customer service.
Do-nuts didn't taste fresh. Probably won't go back to this location.
Great service and, of course, the doughnuts 🍩 are yummy 😋
This place has pretty good donuts but really, the kolaches are the go-to order here. Staff is pretty friendly and professional. Definitely one of the better-kept and well-run Shipley's I've visited around Texas.
The donuts are fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, polite, and is a delite. A great atmosphere!
Rude lady that was in charge this morning and she was awful to the employee helping me. My order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I arrived at work in Austin and manager was rude as well when I called...Won't be going back there unless I hear the service gets better!!!
Donuts are priced OK but tasted great. Regular drip coffee was pricey. Pistachio shake was really good.
I asked for bold jalapeño kolache and no jalapeños were in it. I called the store and asked them for a credit and the girl on the phone asked the owner and they said I had to bring in a half bitten kolache and would not take my word or accept a photo. This place has horrible management and customer service and they don’t put customers first
