This seems to be a very busy location as it's located just off Interstate 81. I can't help but notice there's almost always trash around the store in the parking lot and around the almost always overflowing trash cans. For the third consecutive week, this was the trashcans......see photos. Also, there was trash on every section of the store. Sheeeesh. Update....July 23' A few months later and the trash situation is even worse. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
I am appalled. I work at a sheetz busier than this location, so I understand how chaotic it can be during a rush. However, I was visiting some family, and decided I wanted to get a small cheesecake shake, I do this all the time at my sheetz, and it's 5 minutes in and out. I was stuck waiting in line for 17 minutes before my drink was even started. I don't understand how this is acceptable from the managers or corporate itself. The store was at 42% Freak score. How can you let that happen. Owen completely ignored the drinks.
I dont want to hear anymore belly achin about how truck drivers make a mess... every trash vestibule on the auto side is stacked with rubbish spilling out everywhere...they're out of everything i even stop here for.. no ice cream, No soft serve.. blueberry slush flat out.. no one refilling it.. and thats just the stuff i was paying attention to..maybe you should hire more people to take care of the trash and keeping the floor properly stocked I have stopped at a lot of truck stops that are a hundred times cleaner than this sheetz.. unacceptable
Get a lot of diesel here and no receipt! I understand if it runs out but for the last 7 fuel ups no receipt have to walk in and ask for one....my reason for the one ⭐
Staff is cool. But guys I know there is a labor shortage. However you are 1 windstorm away from having a trash heap on your hands. Every can except 1 was overflowing. Iv mentioned it to the staff on more than one occasion.
I am normally happy to stop at a Sheetz, but not this time. The store was horrifyingly filthy.
Bought 6 packs of air head bites and the price said 2 for 3.50. They rang up as 2 for $5. When I questioned the price they said they don't know why they ring up that way.
Great, large gas station, clean restrooms, right off interstate, in house kitchen making custom sandwiches
