Breakfast Menu "Sharks Fish House Restaurant" North Port

Food was good. Coconut shrimp and zesty orange dip amazing, but our fries were not piping hot as we expected. Our meals were accompanied with chilled tasty Tatar sauce and cocktail sauce. I recommend their coleslaw and freshly brewed sweet tea as well. This restaurant has a mom and pop's feel. Our server Ashley was so humble and knowledgeable!

What a great find! Can't remember the last time we went for fish and chips. They nailed it here. The fish was big, flaky, FRESH, hot, and properly done. The fries were very tasty and fresh too. Wife had the onion rings which were perfect, slightly sweet, and didn't pull out of the batter ring. Atmosphere reminds me of a proper diner with Grandma's house feel. ⭐Have a 6th star, you deserve it!

This is a fun place to eat. The servers are pleasant, and the owners are on site and working their butts off. The portions are good. I think the owner must like me. See the photo below of how she served my dinner!🤣 Get there early because it can be quite busy. But the line does move fairly quickly.

If you're going to eat at a place calling itself a fish house, you better order some fish. So I did. Fish and chips is a favorite of mine so it's kind of a no-brainer. The fish was nicely battered, not the super-thick style that traps all the moisture and then falls off, soggy on the inside. I did break tradition and went with onion rings instead. The platter also came with a side, I chose cole slaw, as is usual for me. But I was still feeling vegetable-deficient so I added a side of mixed veggies. Disappointing, they were just canned vegetables, mostly corn. For the price? Wouldn't do that again. Still, with an old-time diner feel and very friendly staff, I'd go back.

Fish and Chips are awesome here! Had the Fish Sandwich Special it was great. Waitresses are very friendly.

We were in the area for vacation in 2022 and found this gem! 1 year later and we had to come back and it did not disappoint! It is very rare to find a restaurant that is consistently good. We had the crab cake, clam strips, shrimp but my favorite is the Shark’s World Famous Fish and Chips. The fish is amazingly delicious! They are big, flaky and very tender with the right amount of crispy breading! The next time I’m in the area(hopefully it’s not a year), I will be returning!! Keep up the awesomeness!!

First time there, we’re new FL residents. We loved it ! Will definitely go back. Great foods, wonderful service. The fish & shrimp are so delicious !! Our server was excellent !! It was very busy & she didn’t miss a beat !! She was courteous, professional, friendly & thorough. Great place. Loved it !!

A fish and fries restaurant like no other. They serve large portions at a reasonable price. The food is delicious and not oily or greasy. They've been in business in the same location for over 20 years. I highly recommend them. Closed on Sundays. Now closed on Mondays for the summer.
