My first visit here, I had awesome food. Every visit since has been such a disappointment. My order is ALWAYS wrong. The manager is clearly tired of his job and does not care at all if you have paid $70 for an order that is completely wrong. Unfortunately, I have thrown away too much food/money. Won’t be going back.

Last three times they have made my order incorrectly. Often they are leaving things on the sandwich I’ve asked to be taken off because I’m allergic and have made them aware. There seems to be no care for the customers and their orders. The food is good, but the service is awful.

Amazing food, but absolutely rude workers. Not worth waiting half an hour for one sandwich. Got my sandwich wrong and proceeded to insult me and my husband and call me “picky”. Took multiple orders through drivethrough, back to back, and ignored my order (a singular sandwich) and say that their “machine was broken”. Explain the drive through? The girl working there that took my order said that she didn’t know what my order was and just to “do whatever”, when i clearly stated what i wanted and it was even on my receipt. Definitely not coming back here, I’ll go to the sandwich place next door or to another schlotzskys thats NOT in Nac. Absolutely rude for no reason (besides the one worker doing the drive through window that was very apologetic and polite.) Would NOT recommend if you want something quick and good customer service.

This place is confusing, to say the least. I know the people that work here work here for a reason, but it's just weird. They are always confused on what they are doing, how they are doing and maybe even how they got there, idk. Lol It could be the fault of the manager for not training them it could be that they're young idk but every time I come here it is hit and miss on if they will get the order right, if they understand the menu or if I will have to explain the menu to them. Keep up the work yall are doing hopefully it'll even out.

Made me come back NEXT DAY for a refund. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I go to this location for lunch frequently, as they are one of the few places that has a gluten free bun in Nac, but now I do not want to return. I was informed by the cashier after I had already paid that there were no more gf buns, and he asked if there was any other sandwich he could get me instead. Since I cannot eat regular bread I said no, and he offered to refund it. I agreed. He disappeared inside for around 5 minutes while I waited in the car, and he came back to tell me they were trying to figure it out and to hold on a bit longer while he contacted the manager. After several more minutes he returned and said "I can't do the refund, can you come back at 11 tomorrow?" To which I replied "... you want me to come back here tomorrow morning at 11am on a Sunday to get my money back for a sandwich I did not receive?" He then replied (with a little sass) "Does that not work for you? Do I need to repeat myself?" By this point I was very annoyed and I had an appointment I had to get to so I agreed in frustration, as I had to leave. I then left without a sandwich, without my money, and without a guarantee I would get either. I then came back on Sunday, one of the few days off I get as a teacher, only to have them tell me they already refunded it. I was not offered any compensation for the inconveniences and personal time I had to spend doing this. The food is great but the service during this event was extremely subpar.

Very delicious food! I have tried several different sandwiches and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them especially with hot sauce! I always order my sandwich with a side of aujus for dipping. The side of aujus is not available on the app which prevents me from ordering ahead. Also, they don't ensure they pack the aujus in the bags where they won't spill. I worked somewhere before where we sold aujus dipping broth and we would always put the aujus cup in a separate smaller bag and they put that bag directly in the customer's hand and informing them what it is. Here they pack the aujus at the bottom of the bag and everything else on top of it. It always spills out and soaks the bottom of the bag and I have to take everything out the bag to get the aujus cup out of the bottom so everything doesn't fall through the now wet bag.

Always love eating here. Food is always perfect. Staff were quick to take and make my order. Zero complaints. Keep up the good work.
