Schlotzsky’s used to be known for giving you a pickle with your sandwich. Most people love that. It even asks when you order online if you don’t want the pickle. I’m disappointed that they never add in the pickle with the sandwich as it is listed as something that comes with the meal. I’m going to have to start asking before I leave to make sure I get them. But otherwise the sandwiches have always been really good

Ordered chicken avocado Cobb salad. No avocado on the salad which was the main reason I ordered it, feta cheese very scant. Found two small lumps. Bacon but I think the small bit I found could have been easily multiplied without hurting their bottom line. Four strips of chicken and two strips of sour dough bread and kroutons. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. The only reason they got stars at all. I'm going back in tomorrow and see what excuse they're going to give me for failing so badly.

When they run out of soft drinks in the dispensing machine, they will not stop and fill it up. They just stand there and look at you like you are unreasonable for wanting your drink. This has happened twice to me at this restaurant.

My wife's chicken sandwich was great but they sadly were out of roast beef, and yes this is Texas.

Normally pretty good, although I called several times, it gave me a message, told me to wait, and then asked for my remote access code. Sure not going to just go over there and order and wait; calling ahead is necessary at this location.

We ate at this Schlotzsky's location at lunchtime on a Saturday. The food was delicious once we got it, but it took forever to order it. We waited in line for over 20 minutes with only 6 customers ahead of us. I honestly thought that the guy at the register was closing on a house or something. Once our food order was in, it didn't take more than another 8-10 minutes before we got our lunch. I will not be eating at this Schlotzsky's location again if I see more than a couple of people at the register. Life is too short!

The food was good and the service was good and it was nice and quiet.

The fiesta chicken pizza was very good. I liked the fiesta chicken sandwich and now I love the new pizza version.
