I went here on a date last weekend and I could not have had a better time. The lasagna was easily the best thing I've ever had. You could tell that they made it in house that day. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was great. Tina made me feel so welcome and like I was part of the Scarletti's family. When you go, please try the peppermint martini, it's the best drink I've had. I HIGHLY recommend Scarletti's!
The main reasons why we chose to eat at Scarletti's Italian Kitchen were because we heard that the food was good and the prices were affordable. When we arrived , we were pleased to see the restaurant was full. We were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess as she walked us to our table.. I loved the relaxed feel of this place, small and cozy beautiful decors. The pasta fagioli soup and roasted red pepper flat bread was amazing. The braised beef short ribs were to die for, very tender and moist, it melts in your mouth. Everyone loved the roasted salmon. Service was well timed and friendly. Wines were very affordable. I would definitely return to try some more dishes... Love it !!!
We were trying to meet up with some friends in Aurora for dinner, but this crazy snow totally messed with our plans!! We ended up getting off the BNSF in Downer's Grove and walking to the closest restaurant. Scarletti's was able to seat us quickly (even tho we were a larger party) and the service was quick (which was awesome because we were hungry and trying to head out). Would definitely go back for the goat cheese penne because ohmygod. Overall awesome local restaurant with attentive service and legit Italian food.
I went to Scarletti's Italian Kitchen yesterday with my family and it was great! Ordered the Calamari to start and then baked mostacioli for dinner. Food was excellent and the service was even better. Will definitely be returning in the near future!
2 words SHORT RIBS Desserts are great as well. The staff is very friendly too.Always make you feel at home. We love this place, we are ordering as we write this review. MMM MMMM good.
Exceptional food. Excellent service. Waiters are friendly and patient. Food comes relatively quick. Great place for fine dining. Would come back anytime. Way better than maggianos.
Great food, service and atmosphere, perfect for the family or a night out with my wife. Also has a nice selection of wine.
