My partner and I started coming here in late 2020. In 2022 we came in for their amazing margaritas and wonderful food. We usually order the large “bowl” margaritas when we stop in and usually have 2 each (we stay for a long time). But in 2022 we ordered our usual margaritas that came to us with no tequila. We questioned it between the two of us and thought maybe it was just a fluke. Ordered another and the same thing happened. I called the restaurant after we left to complain and gave the name of our waitress. Fast forward to today, we decide to finally come back and see if it happens again and IT DID!! We told the waitress we who did not seem surprised and were told she would remake them herself. We got new margaritas WITH tequila. When paying we realized IT WAS THE SAME WAITRESS (Alejandra) from the last time!! We will not be returning again. This establishment has gotten the last of our money.

First time dining at this restaurant, we were told it was suppose to be great but it wasn’t. The food was way under flavor to the point it just tasted like cooked meat on both of our meals. The Coke tasted off and had to ask for more, that coke tasted the same way kinda like bleach was mixed in. Honestly we could have went to Taco Bell and had better flavored stuff. Staff was very busy and had to continue to wait even after I stopped another server and expressed my concerns about the coke and waited a bit on our check. We left half our food uneaten because authentic Mexican food is blasting with flavor and this had none whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and do like we did and enjoy dinner somewhere else.

Updated review. So I love this place. The food is usually so good. I usually get the fajitas. I wanted to try something new. I tried the Enchiladas (steak,chicken,shrimp) I found I'm not a fan of the house special sauce.

My wife and I at here for the first time recently. Outstanding food and atmosphere. Fresh-made guacamole, oysters on the half shell, molcajete bowl, and Texas fajitas. Excellent all around and highly recommended! More people need to be eating at Santa Fe Mexican Grill!!

Amazing food and service. We enjoyed the Lengua tacos plate.

Food portions were great. Didn't have any taste. Ordered beans, they don't actually have beans. It's bean mush. No pizzaz to food. Prices high for what you get.

We have been there several times and we always encounter things unpleasant, the servers are very hypocrites 1st there very nice to you but as soon as they see how much tip you leave them, they start making fun of you in Spanish that way nobody understands them….Also the servers don’t have any customer service or try to help you if you need napkins or refills, you literally have to go and ask for them. I understand when the place is packed but when the restaurant is empty it’s unacceptable. Food is okay not authentic Mexican food. Try giving this place a chance but the experience just gets worst and worst. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Mexican restaurant.
