The ribs were soft but the rub used is too strong and I just didn't like the taste, it was just over spiced. The salads were nice, so was the potato soup, and the steak was perfect. All in all pretty good but bit on the expensive side. And I really didn't like the taste of the ribs. I would have given 3 stars but the staff were excellent which bumps the rating to 4.
Very good food! The restaurant was very clean. Only issue was the scent emitters in the bathrooms.
The food here is ALWAYS AMAZING. the server was VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE. it's not cheap but what do you expect for a good steak. My go to when I want to be 🌟 ~fancy~ 🌟 and their bread and butter is 🔥🧈 🔥
As always this location is one of my favorite restaurants, the food is always cooked to perfection, the people in here are fantastic, Couldn't have had a better experience When visiting here.
We were traveling through Amarillo and decided to stop here for dinner. I can say it was the best dinner I’ve ever had. I got the ribeye and it was a perfect medium rare, even though it was kinda thin they still managed to get it perfectly cooked and the seasoning was on point. I got it smothered with onions and mushrooms with mashed potatoes. It was the ultimate bite. My dad got the full rack of ribs which were the best ribs I’ve ever had. They perfectly fell off the bone and tasted amazing. We ended off with a slice of their carrot cake which was a huge slice. It was super moist and delicious. It was light and airy but not super rich and sugary! Additionally, our server Tyler was super nice and attentive. Overall would highly recommend!!
I definitely have to say... That if you don't have to do take out...Don't! The last time I had eaten at Saltgrass Steak House was several years ago, The staff was Amazing and just being able to enjoy the atmosphere, along with whomever you are out enjoying your time with; or if it's just out enjoying yourself! On October 27, 2022 I happened to order take out, as life sometimes seems to be a Rush! The Steak and salad was delicious! The baked potato was not fully done, but hey, it was still able to be eaten, after I cooked it longer. Overall, the atmosphere is awesome, there is a bar, if you rather sit at; as well you can sit out on the patio. Your choice, just enjoy. Blessings⚓️
We were on the road driving across country and decided that would be our place for supper 6 hrs later. We called to see if we should make a reservation and we spoke with Javier, the manager there. What a wonderful young man. He knew his establishment well and took our reservation just in case. He even said he'd be sure to stop by and see us later. A man of integrity, that he did. He wasn't only kind and caring to us, but as we observed how busy he was, he was still taking that genuine care with others as well. Great food, great service. Garrett was our server, amazing young man. His timeliness and attention to detail was just wonderful.
Dominic was an excellent server, he did an exceptional job! The food was excellent and just as we asked for it to be cooked.
