Ordered the crispy Asian wrap got it home to eat it I opened it the wrap fell apart on my plate.Soaked! Crispy did not in anyway describe this wrap they should change it to “Soaked in dressing with rotten vegetables and stringy mandarin wrap”This could explain why the place was empty at lunch time during Christmas Season when other restaurants were very busy.
Same experience as another consumer below. Ordered online and paid for it. Said store was open and it accepted my order and payment with an email confirmation. Showed up and the store is dark and locked. I think they’ve closed and stolen people’s money. Long time, loyal workers for this owner do not deserve this—not to mention the customers—especially whose money they’ve taken. No one answering phone for two days now.
This place was dead and looked like it was near permanently closing. I got a to go order and started eating it in the car only to notice it was spicy. I ordered nothing spicy. Turns out they put pepper Jack cheese in it instead of Monterrey Jack. Also no pickle as advertised. They weren’t busy so idk what the excuse is.
I’m a doordasher and came into the restaurant to pick up an order. I hadn’t even said anything yet, I didn’t even make it to the counter, and I was immediately spoken to by a very rude staff member. I would’ve understood if the restaurant was busy but I was the only customer in the store. Overall a very unpleasant experience as I felt like she was talking down to me the entire time
We placed a to-go order, money was taken, the store is closed. Website says they are open but they are not. No one is answering the phone (not surprising since it's dark in there) I wish I had read the other reviews before I placed my order. Now I have to dispute the charge!
Found this huge staple halfway into eating my salad. I then brought it to the Holmdel location and asked to talk to the manager privately and was told that they “only use tape in the store, no staples” and was called a liar. I will never eat here again. You’d think the several hairs I found would have gotten me to stop but the staple and the absolute rude management has assured me this place sucks.
There was more “Out of order” signs than customers. (Ice machine, soda machine, garbage cans, yes garbage cans) A/C wasn’t working either.
Place is phenomenal. Had a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Greatest if all time. Their chicken noodles soup is super awesome as well. We'll definitely be back. Great 🥗 👍🏽
