We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary back in Dec and Ruth's Chris did it again. Exceptional service by everyone and the food is superb! Probably the best steak I've ever tasted. I had the chicken and it was delicious as usual. We sat at the bar area and basically had the entire area to ourselves. We went on a Monday evening. My husband had the cowboy ribeye steak. We always go with Mac n Cheese and Potatoes au Gratin Just amazing service from everyone! We have options to dine at and Ruth's Chris is always ours! Thank you for the special dessert at the end. I've never had creme brulee before.

I give total 3 stars for this dining experience. That includes 1 star for the dining environment and two stars for the services. The server is super friendly and professional, very patient to answer all the questions, we really happy with his service. However, the food is just ok. Steak is under done and fish is too greasy. But overall is ok. No stunning dishes.

We wanted to have a "fine dining" dinner as part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. We decided on Ruth's Chris Steak House. We had reservations for 5:30 pm, this past Thursday (22nd). When we walked in "on-time" there was no one in the waiting area and only about 20 people in the dining area. I let the young lady know we had arrived and she said, "we have you checked-in". Since there was no one else in the waiting area we just stood there "presuming" we'd soon be seated. We were about six feet from the three young ladies who were just talking among themselves. A couple of other small groups of people arrived "without reservations" and they were directed over to the bar area. About 5:40 pm I finally asked one of the ladies if there was a problem with our reservation. She looked at her computer screen... picked up a couple of menus and smiled and said, "follow me." Again... one one else was in the waiting area... just us. I give the Ruth's Chris Steak House reception staff a 1-STAR for being so unattentive. The dining experience was much better. The Seafood Tower Appetizer (see photo) was beautifully presented and the Shrimp and Lobster were some of the best I can remember. My wife's Filet Mignon was perfect - she loved it. My Ribeye was not as good as expected and certainly not worth $71.00. It was cooked properly, but way too much seasoning. I've had better tasting Ribeyes at Lucille's Smokehouse. I decided to indulge in the Bread Pudding for dessert. It was so, so, so good! The best I've had. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner together and it was an overall pleasant experience. I'm not sure it was worth the $365.00 (including tip) for the two of us, but the evening was our celebration and we had wonderful conversation and strolls down memory lane. Thanks for reading this looooong review - you should be commended.

Excellent food, drinks, and service. The only complaints were the aged dull steak knives. The utensils did not stand up to the quality of food. The other is the decorations, like the drapes around the pillars were coming apart and was not consistent with fine dining decor.

I like Ruth's Chris Steak House. Their services are perfect. However, Ribeye(16oz) and Garlic Crushed Sea Bass were too salty. If they can reduce salt, it's going to be better taste.

Suprise dinner for my 45th birthday! My honey knows how much I love it here. Food is fantastic, service is such a treat and the atmosphere is perfect every time. We had a pleasant experience and even finished the night off by him proposing after we left! Such a special evening. Couldn't have been better.

Great service and good food. I know this is in a tourist area, but geeze. There were kids running around, yelling, and crawling on the floor. Kind of ruined it for me.

My first time, and they left a phenomenal impression upon me. Quality meat and fresh seafood. Everything from taste to presentation felt worth the visit. Richard was my server, and I was very pleased with his service. He knows his craft and takes it seriously. Will definitely go again.
