User Reviews

Multiple plates on the salad bar had old food on them. It took a while to find a suitable plate and even then it wasn't 100% clean. Service was good. Food from the kitchen was ok.

The food was decent. The smash burger wasn't a smash burger. Which suits me just fine. It was a good size and juicy enough. The bun was also of comparable quality. The burger lacked condiments, and we were not asked if we required any. The fries were good, even though it looked like we got the very last of the bag (all small pieces). The salad buffet had all the staples and everything was well stocked. Other than the broccoli florets being cut too large in the broccoli salad, my only other grievance with the salad bar is the size of the plates. What good is having 50+ items on the bar if you can only fit five items on the plate? Hyperbole aside, the salad bar was really good too. Overall, an enjoyable experience and a good deal because we cashed in on the "Monday Daily Deal". The service was good, not outstanding, but satisfactory. Although, everyone, including the server, complained and forewarned that there was only one server on the floor. I am not sure if they were unsure or scared of her capabilities, or just trying to set expectations very low. Either way, it turned out quite well.

I loved being at a Ruby Tues again! The salad bar was fantastic! Fresh, plentiful and really tasty!! The Smokehouse hamburger was what I expected. The staff was working very hard to overcome a shortage of servers. They still managed to be friendly, courteous and efficient. My trip to the restaurant was a real treat for a weekday lunch!!!

Last night I was worn out after days of family drama and mess!! I went to Ruby Tuesday to sit by myself, have a meal and cocktails. The roasted corn, steamed broccoli and sticky ribs, satisfied my appetite, the tall Long Island Ice Teas, were perfectly delicious, made by the manager Jessica. But more importantly was the amazing service I received from Gabby, their new server. I eat out ALL THE TIME!!! From 5 star restaurants to diners, I have NEVER experienced attentive, polite, friendly, accommodating, respectful service, like Gabby delivers to her customers! She’s absolutely incredible! The icing on the cake was the conversation I had with Jessica, when I called her over to compliment Gabby! It was like talking to an old friend who really cared!! These ladies know how to lift your spirits, brighten your bad mood….they make your family mess go away!! Thank you Gabby and Jessica…..this is Linda!

I called at 3:50 PM to ask about the price of the salad bar. The manager said I was in luck as it was on special for $7.99. I told her I was on my way. The hostess sat me and told me my server would be right with me. 2 eaten salad plates later she asked if I wanted something to drink. I asked for ice water. At the end of my 3rd trip to the salad bar she finally brought my water. Please note, I was seated 1st, after my first trip to the salad bar, am elderly black couple was seated in front of me. They ordered and their drinks were served before mine. A party of 4, also elderly black were seated to my left. They also had their drinks before mine. My server was a beautiful young black woman named Nena or Mia. I had to ask the hostess for my check which was $14 before the 18% tip. When I asked about the $7 99 special, I was told the special was only good until 4PM. I was leaving at 5:30. I should have known better than to go to Ruby Tuesdays. My last 4 visits were a washout. Never again.

employees were disrespectful and had no care about customers. several of the younger waiters/waitresses were just standing around or dancing while customers were waiting. also one waitress was very rude!! we will be going to another town to eat at a different location to avoid that waitress possibly putting something in our food. we also be going to a different location that is more clean and friendlier! this ruby tuesday is 5 minutes from our house however we will not be back until that waitress has transferred to a different location or she is not working! definitely don’t recommend this location due to not being clean and the workers having nasty attitudes!!

The service was slowwwww. It was lunchtime however there was only a handful of people in there. It took too long to take our order, and too long to get the food. When my plate came out it included what I expressed to please leave off. Had to wait 15 more minutes. It took until I asked about the other person's food that hadn't come was then served. After finishing our meal we sat and sat waiting to pay. I finally had to leave the other person in my party to pay because we were at 2 hours of being in the restaurant at that point. Horrible

Been here several times. It's right near my mom's house. Thankfully, they have started to paint and redecorate. The salad bar is always delicious but this time I went for the tilapia with grilled zucchini and steamed broccoli. I just started eating broccoli because I realized it doesn't have to be cooked for hours and covered in cheese to eat. I'm trying to eat healthier and their broccoli was perfect. The tilapia and grilled zucchini was tasty as well. My husband had the dry rub ribs. He has tasted ribs at several chain restaurants and numerous local restaurants that are known for their ribs. According to him, Ruby Tuesday's has the best ribs of them all. He also had the grilled zucchini and slaw. My mom had some sort of chicken with a sauce topped with tomatoes and yet another side of grilled zucchini. If this review has helped you, please let me know by giving me a thumbs up or a "like."
