First time, probably wont be back. Salad bar lettuce needs to be washed and changed, old lettuce soggy brown. Ordered ultimate chicken sandwich, bacon is on the raw side. Chicken overcooked. Mac and cheese is more of a mac and cheese soup. Barely any noodles. Needs more than 1 server for 6 tables. Drinks never got refilled im 40 mins. Salt and pepper shakers needs to be changed.
We stopped in midway through a trip from Florida to North Carolina hoping we could at least count on some consistency. We would not recommend this location to anyone. We sat at the bar and saw how the restaurant was run. Only 2 of 6 beer taps were working, giving us little to no choices. After ordering our food, the fries were forgotten. When brought to us by the manager, she didn't bother to ask if there was anything else we needed. When we asked for ketchup she just asked, "Are you talking to me?" As if we should be asking the staff not her. We have never witnessed manager who treated her staff as if they were beneath her. When we asked for silverware setups we received to-go plasticware.
Impressive! Couldn’t believe the quality of the salad bar and steaks. Was not expecting that! The salad bar was full of fresh options, crisp greens, and great veggies and fruits. Lots of cold salads as well. Used an email coupon to get a steak, baked potato, and salad bar for under $15. The steaks were all cooked perfectly (ribeyes and a sirloin), baked potato was large, and the salad bar was excellent. Our server, Shantal, was amazing. She was so kind and on top of things! Would definitely be back to this location, and will for sure ask for our new favorite server when we return!
From the minute you approach the door, someone is there smiling and welcoming you. The wait was a bit long but we were in no hurry. The food was good. The service was IMPECCABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING!!! The employees were truly delightful. The icing on the cake was Brandon's singing. AMAZING!! I told him he better make the call and get on one of those shows that discovers talent!! I hope he did.
Grace was our server and she did GREAT! No complaint with her. The food was decent minus the slaw that had gone bad that was served with my dinner. The bathroom smelled like straight up rancid urine. I get their patrons may have had accidents but wow…that was powerful. Like it was soaked into the grout or something. Please clean your bathroom appropriately. Grace was the best part of my visit. Thank you Grace!
I went here for my birthday recently and it was an okay experience. The food was hot and flavorful, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy apart from the lights acting up a few times. My only issue was the service, our waitress was friendly and respectful but she had bad time management. We had to wait for nearly an hour before we could pay for the food. Overall it was good though.
Haven't been here in forever... burger was great and their onion rings are money. Our waitress was super.
Service was very slow but they appeared to he short staffed. Salmon was good. Chicken sandwich was good but a little spicy. Salad bar had lots to choose from but out of a lot of items.
