It's a great day anytime Katrina is working at this location. She makes our dining experience worth every return visit. She exemplifies superior customer service and aims to get it right the first time. In this day and age, it's warranted to get this type of treatment as a consumer who still enjoys eating out. Katrina has two customers forever! Our drinks, our meals, the salad bar... all top tier!! We love it here!! We'll always dine at the bar to support Katrina! The waitstaff was on point too from what I observed. We were greeted immediately upon walking. The restaurant was tidy as well. We'll be back!
Had dinner with my husband on Sunday and the place wasn’t packed with people so we were seated and waited on almost immediately. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and our drinks and food came out fast. However the salad bar was mediocre and lacked fresh toppings, our ribeyes were over cooked and the chips that came with the spinach artichoke dip were stale 😕 so overall an ok experience but not good enough for us to return.
I really enjoyed for my visit here. I enjoyed it that much, I also went the day after. Yummy food and friendly staff.
Everything was great....the only suggestion I'd make is for the carpet to be cleaned. Outside of that, no complaints. Our server, Hailey was AWESOME! Such a sweet spirit and kind heart. My drink (strawberry lemonade and ice tea), A DEFINITE REORDER. Try it and thank me later 😌
Pictures on the menu did not represent actual items. For example, we ordered alcohol drinks. They came in a different glass and tasted like nothing so we sent them back. I only ordered the salad bar which was good. The only thing I did not like was that people were not utilizing the sanitizer and gloves. My waiter was kind.
We came here after attending a church event. It was like a breath of fresh air to have Haylee as our server. She was very attentive and accommodating and was pleasant as she did so. I can honestly say that she helped are dinning experience be the enjoyment that it was.
meh...ordered the fish and chips(fries) for $10+..was expecting fillets..they were more like fish nuggets (very small)..was ok taste wise
The restaurant was trashed inside and out. Hostess sat us at a table with a lot of crumbs and trash under the table. While looking around the table surrounding had food and crumbs on and under the table and food on silverware. Complained to the hostess for her to quickly respond with she had a rush before and didn't have time to clean it and walked away. My question is why sit partons at the table how do expect the customer to enjoy in filth. I proceeded to speak with management he stated that he was short staffed and if we knew of anyone looking for employment to inform them that Ruby Tuesday is hiring. This was the worst experience I ever had at Ruby Tuesday on Godwin Blvd. Suffolk, VA. 23434
