We hadn’t been in the restaurant since Covid. It was great to visit. Great family atmosphere. Great food. We missed the good salad bar options and tasty food. And no wait times in Streetsboro!
The have a salad bar. I missed that. Food is great, quick service. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Certainly recommend if you see one stop in. A little on the expensive side. But you get a big salad and properly portioned dinner. I took one star off because the building and furniture is getting run down. Still good atmosphere in the dining area.
We only had the soup and salad bar but they were fresh and delicious! My friend and I hadn't seen one another for quite awhile so we ended up spending a good amount of time at our table. It wasn't crowded, and our server was very kind and attentive. We had a very nice afternoon!
It's hard to find a Ruby Tuesdays thats still open in the Cleveland area now. The Ruby Tuesdays in Streetsboro is worth the drive. The food was good and the salad bar was excellent. The mixed drink specials were fantastic! Try the Ruby Relaxer! The service was also great!
Food was excellent! The Bourbon Salmon is great and I always love the salad bar. Our Ruby Tuesday closed down so when we travel we try to find one. P.S. I love the peach tea!
Had been a few years since my last visit to a ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, salad bar and bourbon chicken sounded great. Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders in right away. Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit. I got the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. Everything was great, chicken was not dry and overcooked, potato was nice and soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Great visit overall, restaurant was not overtly busy but you could see staff was multitasking as needed to keep operations moving.
I give them 3 stars overall. My food was poorly prepared and cold. The young man that was our waiter was very attentive 5stars. We created our own atmosphere that's the reason being together 5 stars. I would go again.
I love Ruby Tuesdays and my husband and I drove further specifically for this restaurant. We are new to the area and had never been to this location to it was a bad experience. Lettuce on the salad bar was all old and brown. I got the wrong food and did not get the right meal until we were ready to leave. My husband's fritters were rubbery and tasted like old oil and not like French fries, very disgusting. They were remade and tasted better, but didn't come out until we were ready to leave. The waitress hovered over the table and screen when signing the check and determining the tip. For all the problems, we were not offered discount or apology after many mistakes. Given this experience, we would never go to another Ruby Tuesdays. Fortunately, we have had good experience at other locations, and will still consider this in the future, but never again at this location.
