It was my 1st time visiting here & dining in. The customer service & food were great. I definitely will be back.

Heather S was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a steak and it was perfectly cooked! The lemonades were delicious and refreshing. The salad bar was stocked and looked fresh. The manager on duty Mica, was super friendly as she checked in on the tables in the restaurant. Overall wonderfull experience! Will definitely be back

We stopped in for the amazing salad bar after running a few errands. It, as always, never disappoints, and was even on sale this weekend. Win! Win! But a WIN WIN WIN was the superior service that we received. Once seated at our comfy booth we were greeted with the warmest, sweetest smile and never had to ask for a refill etc. We also had great conversation with our server. I sure hope you guys know what you have, Ruby Tuesday…Heather Jackson was a top notch server and very confident at her job. She ranks among the best servers that we have ever had. Heather, thank you so much for taking good care of us while we were dining. Because of you, we will definitely return soon and request you!

Heather S. has A1 customer service. She checked on I and my family during the entire service. The bartender Alex, let’s just say he knows what he’s doing,he made us this bob Marley looking drink and it was just what I and my fiancé was looking for ‼️‼️‼️ LOVE IT

This was my first time at this location since it was reopened. I was disappointed that there wasn't a lunch menu available. The salad bar was well stocked, and all the food was hot and promptly delivered. Our server did a great job despite how busy they were at the time. The building was pretty typical of a Ruby Tuesday. The bathroom was very tight for wheelchair access, and my wife and mother both commented on how slippery the floor was.

Had a great dinner tonight. I had the undone kabobs and they were great!! Salad bar was awesome and the cookie skillet was delicious! Alexis M was a great waitress. Our drinks were never empty and our food was served quickly and with a friendly smile.

Everything was delicious. I ordered the seafood plate with tilapia and shrimp, rice pilaf and zucchini might I say was cooked to perfection. My mom (Lois)had the Triple Play which she always enjoy. The salad bar had many new items which I enjoyed as well. My server name was Sarah, SHE WAS AMAZING! Very attentive

The food at Ruby Tuesday's is generally good, with some standout dishes like the Endless Garden Bar and the burgers. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the salad bar is a great way to get your fill of fresh vegetables. The pasta dishes are a bit on the heavy side, but they are still enjoyable. The service at Ruby Tuesday's was friendly and attentive. Our server was quick to bring our drinks and food, and she was always happy to answer any questions we The atmosphere at Ruby Tuesday's is comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant is not too loud or crowded, making it a good choice for families or groups of friends. * **Overall:** I had a good experience at Ruby Tuesday's in Mobile, Alabama.
