Very poor quality. I love hiding behind a virtual brand in Pasta Americana. Does not change the fact that it’s still Ruby Tuesday and the quality of the food was terrible. Pictures will be included don’t waste your money on this one. If you not dining in it’s not worth it whatsoever.
We had the best waitress!!! Fast and friendly, and seemed to really enjoy her job! (I didn't catch her name but she likes sunflowers) EDIT... We went back today and found our same waitress, and got her name this time!!! Julisa was just as awesome today... Best waitress we've ever had there!
I typically will eat just about anything, and not complain. Didn't make a fuss so not to make anyone uncomfortable,but for almost 80 dollars with 2 drinks for 2, the meal was horrible. It's been 20 years since I ate at Ruby Tuesdays and it will be the last, sorry. Please don't insult me with a coupon offer.
I had the battered fish and chips and will not order it again it was frozen as expected but was I assume in the fryer but the dough on the inside was not as cooked throughly as the outside and when the fish glistens its not cooked all the way through, definitely will not order fish and chips again. But in their defense, their burgers are great, and they do have other quality items that are good on the menu. The salad bar is always good, and stocked with fresh items which makes for a great addition to ones meal.
The food we ordered looked nothing like the pictures on the Menul. We ordered hamburgers, the potato tots were cold and undercooked. The Mac and cheese Was watery. The Sandwich was soggy And cold We were regular patrons of ruby Tuesdays in the past, but had not been there for a while. This time we were sorely disappointed. And will definitely not go back again. The food was not worth the $34 with tip that we pay for it.
This is an average restaurant. Nothing great or really terrible about it. Just average fare, service and atmosphere. The decorations could use updating. This design is over 15 years old and it wasn't great when RT chose the scheme in the first place. The food was good. Nothing to complain about there. Service could have been a lot better, but it always depends on which server you get, right?
Unlimited soup and salad became one soup and one salad no one came to our table to assist for more soup refill the price $15.99 for both my bill total $105.00 for poor service the girls are standing around drinking behind the bar the bartender was our waitress and she strictly attended to the customers around the bar mostly! Others not helping being team players at all just more standing around getting free money to work for free! Never again. This is our last Ruby Tuesdays in brevard county Melbourne Florida area by Rockledge this was our dine-in experience. 06/29/2023
Usually don't have a problem with the service or meal, but my wife and I went there for dinner yesterday and it was a very bad mistake. First off they either under staff or people just kinda hide out and it was not busy enough to be a problem (4:00pm Monday). We were not offered the deal of getting an extra side for a dollar like all of the customers who came in after us got offered. The salad bar was pretty bad, a lot of the veggies looked like they had been frozen and they were mushy and I'm not sure what it was but something that I had off of the salad bar had a rotten taste. As far as the meal goes the only thing was that the ribeye was about the thickness of a minute steak. The only other thing was my server was kind of slow to get us the one refill for our drinks and then tried to add sugar to cold tea to make half and half tea, that does not work.
