The food was pretty good, I love the salad bar. Our server wasn’t the best… she could’ve faked a smile and that would’ve been enough, and she got an order wrong which could’ve been been avoided if she read the order back to us, it was supposed to be a chicken carbonara and we were brought a chicken parmesan. Their 2 for $20 was a good deal though.
Nothing like getting un cooked chicken to eat . There is a reason I haven’t been here in awhile . Staff was nice manager comped the meal but there is a good chance I will be sick In a few hours 🤢
I’ve given this place a few tries because I’ve always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday for a quick bite from time to time. Unfortunately there’s been an issue each time we’ve ordered food for pick-up. Today we placed an order online and I stopped by to pick it up. The website said it would be ready at 4:47, so I sat in the truck for a couple minutes and went in at that time. I was directed to the bar to pick-up orders. The bartender, who was very nice asked my name and then let me know they were still working on our order. No problem, I just took a seat at the bar and waited, and waited…. The restaurant was not busy and the kitchen, which you can see from the bar area wasn’t busy. For some reason though orders were taking a very long time. Not just mine, it was just how the kitchen was operating. The bartender was clearly frustrated, and kept checking the window when she wasn’t busy working. They finished frying the fries and onion rings for our order at least 10 minutes before our food was ready and they sat under heat lamps in the window. When our food was finally ready, the bartender quickly bagged it and got it to me as fast as she could, thanking me and wishing me a nice evening. Overall I would say the service that I saw was great! Unfortunately the food was not good at all. The burgers were over cooked to death(ordered medium), the onion rings were way over cooked and the fries were mushy from sitting under the heat lamps for so long. The buns had been cooked well before the burgers were ready, and the were like cardboard. We each ate about half of our meals, and threw the rest away. That will be my last time giving this location a chance, but maybe one day I’ll give Ruby Tuesday another try at another location.
My Steak was perfect and very tasty!!! Mashed potatoes where delicious. Great salad bar also. We had a amazing server. I will be back.
In today’s world where there seems to be a lack of customer awareness, our server Marissa was fantastic! It’s wonderful to see that there’s still hope for excellent service in restaurants! Thank you Marissa for your awesome restaurant service!

It was not worth the trip… I had to let them know the salad bar needed servicing, it was dead at 6pm and took forever to get food. It also wasn’t very clean or up to date in here. The menus were kind of gross and seen better days.
Arrived around noon with 3 guests that are full size adults. Tried to sit us at a booth which wasn't happening. Definitely some confusion and aggravation with our request to get a table. Wife went to the bathroom and they were still talking about it at the service station. Food was good... Not exceptional but what you would expect as all of us were happy with the food and overall service. OVERALL it was good but the request for a table should not have turned into a bit of a fiasco.
