Hubby and I came with the intentions of enjoying the salad bar, however, most of the side items looked like they had been sitting out for days. The server noticed my concern and asked if I would like to have them refresh the food. (Why should I have to ask?) We then decided to just order from the menu. Hubby ordered the club sandwich and I had ribs and a baked potato. Halfway through his sandwich, I notice a strand of hair waiting to be eaten. I didn't make a scene, but politely called for my sever and showed it to her, so that she could address the issue. She took his food and came back asking what we would like to do. I said that we were just ready to leave. She goes away again and comes back to say that the manager said there would be no charge for our meals. We just wanted to go home, so we were ok with that. In the car I said to my husband, "I'm really surprised the manager didn't come to our table and address the issue themself." I'm new to Savannah and this was my first time eating at a Ruby Tuesdays in years...I think it's fair to say, it may be just as long before I return.

Absolutely amazing!!! Server Krysty... fantastic!!! My drink which was the ruby relaxer, simply delicious 😋, the honey bourbon salmon ....my my my ... perfect....and to end the dinner with a bang, the lemon pie....😋😋😋

Great service. Got there right when they opened and enjoyed the salad bar. Soup and salad was perfect and hit the spot. The service was extremely fast and glad we chose to stop here

I ordered the bourbon salmon. My entire plate was swimming in the sauce, which made everything taste like the salmon. It was supposed to be grilled or cooked with the salmon not poured on top after. We ordered an appetizer of cheese sticks and all ate from the salad bar. The server brought our dinner plates but never took away the plates we stacked in the middle of the table away. I asked for an additional Drink for my daughter, and she said "oh that will be an additional charge" which I didn't mind but the fact that I had to ask for her to refill the beverage then the first thing she says is about an additional charge just didn't set well with me. I could see if she was paying attention to our needs and offered a glass of water, but she didn't, and it felt a little insulting. Overall, we spent 130.00, and I didn't feel it was worth it. Several other things happened with the other food, but I won't go any further. It's just not as good as it used to be. I don't plan to return any time soon

Had stopped at this location for a quick dinner with my boyfriend after driving 15 hours, I myself am a server so I completely understand being understaffed, busy etc. however the restaurant was basically empty and our server took so long to bring our drinks out the hostess asked if we were still waiting and he went and grabbed her she proceeded to tell us that she forgot that we were even sitting waiting as she came to take our order without our drinks. By the time my boyfriends food came out and I went over to the salad bar it had been around 30-45 minutes sitting and waiting. The salad bar looked like it had been sitting for days and it was extremely messy. Overall just was a terrible experience and our server was just not making any effort we sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for the bill and again the restaurant was basically empty, then paid and left didn’t even bother to mention how terrible our experience was because we had already been waiting so long and just wanted to get back on the road again since we had 5 hours remaining of our drive. Again I am a server so I am completely understanding when it comes to things like this but the fact that she didn’t even make an effort to make it seem like she cared just really made me and my boyfriend upset.

Good afternoon, I visited the Ruby Tuesday in Pooler Ga on July 8, 2023. As we walked in, we were greeting by the host who politely told us the air was broken. We still chose to dine in. We were sat in front of a portable air conditioner and our dining service was fine. The reason I am writing because I find it quite ridiculous that this establishment was even open to begin with. I took a look at the thermostat to see what the temperature was in there and it was 96 degrees. To have employees sitting in that heat is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of closing the restaurant down, this establishment prefer to have employees working and being miserable. Our waitress even stated she was about to go home before she got sick due to the heat. The salad bar was still open and I noticed someone coming from the back with pans of ice and sitting the salad bars items in the pans to keep them cool. I’m sure this is a violation of a lot with the health department. The hostess even told us the air was broken since Tuesday and it wouldn’t be fixed till Monday. This establishment wasted more money staying open then letting these employees go home. This is absolutely ridiculous and unsanitary to say the least.

This place has seen better days 😪 the bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach, and the carpet needs to be replaced. If I'm going to be completely honest, the whole place needs to be remodeled .The crackers on the salad bar were stale. They took turkey burger off the menu ,I ordered onion rings, and they tasted like they came straight out of a deep freezer. My server was the only bright spot ,the salad bar was good except for the stale crackers, I mean, no disrespect. I'm just speaking my truth 😌 💯

I will never eat here again!! Went here for a nice meal with my husband and as we were sitting there. My husband noticed a bug crawling on my chair. As we looked closer at it we realized it was a roach! As we sat another one ran across the table. The staff acted like it was no big deal. If roaches are in your dining room what is your chicken like!!! Disgusting 🤮 DON'T GO HERE!!
