Edit: If you want to fix this don't reply with the same copy and paste response. Clean up your resturant, it's disgusting. I was impressed by how filthy this place was - floor, silverware, tables were all visibly soiled. The food was questionable at best and came out cold. I considered not eating it as a food safety concern but decided to against my better judgement, it wasn't good. We ended up spending 2 hours here because they were short staffed but our waitress was MIA most of the time and in the back. She accommodated the delay and was nice otherwise. I don't understand how this place is considered acceptable by any measure and I understand why people don't want to work here.
Just ordered waters, and my husband's had a little black bug in it. Salad bar was good. Steak cuts were not very good. My daughter had a sirloin medium rare, so we expected not the best, but it was really thin along the edges to where it was crispy than completely raw in the middle. My husband had a ribeye, so we expected a little better. It was also crispy on the edges, not a solid cook temperature. It ranged from well done to rare. Service was ok.
The ribs were very hard not tender at all. The best part was honestly the tater tots. The service was not the best either. Could definitely do better
Update: Went for dinner tonight because I had a coupon for a $9.99 ribeye steak. I know that 6 oz is small for a ribeye and I also know that Ruby Tuesday is not known for their steaks but I was extremely disappointed with what I was served. The meat that I was served was so thin that even though I ordered medium rare it was well done and I honestly don't think they could have taken it off the grill any faster. Additionally, the salad bar was not being maintained and a lot of the containers were empty and others were mixed. For example the hard boiled eggs had olives mixed in from the container behind it. Original: I went in today for the first time in probably 2 years (before the pandemic) and I still love their salad bar but the inside of the restaurant definitely need some updating. The vinyl on the booth was cracked and partially peeling. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with zucchini as my side along with a salad bar. They had plastic disposable gloves next to the salad bar plates and besides taking a new plate for each trip they also wanted you to use gloves while picking up food. Not everyone was using the gloves though and it wasn't enforced.
Our party usually visits at least one or two Thursdays out of the month! We always enjoy our meals especially the salad bar!! We’ve had the pleasure of having John as our server on multiple occasions and he never disappoints!!
Service was lacking where I had to call attention that I was sitting at my table for 6 minutes. Then had to remind them for a refill of the drink then asked for silverware when food was served and lastly had to run someone to get me check since the waiter wasn't around. The atmosphere was nice. Obviously, no one was managing the store.

Just had lunch and it was fantastic. John our server was an absolute pleasure to work with. And his level of customer service is exactly what you would hope for when dining out.
