We sat at the bar and had the best time ever. The Bartender was 100% perfection, food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was ideal! I wish I could rate it 10 stars, especially the service!

Matt at the bar was amazing! Such a friendly guy and great service. Food came out looking picture perfect as well

The food was okay. Nothing had much flavor. I had the Smokehouse Cheeseburger and my wife had the deconstructed ka-bob. They were out of some things like french fries. Restaurant was pretty empty, and things were still slow. Entire dining room needed to be cleaned. There was food on the back cushion of my seat that I had to wipe off. Food scraps on the floor in numerous places. Other tables near us had complaints as well. Probably a one and done for us.

I don't understand what I'm paying for pertaining to this small 😕 hoagie with 2oz of meat, which should have been 4oz instead to fill the bun 🤔. The Ruby's Tuesdays in Aiken are closed, and this one will be next... I advise anyone else to skip this place 🤔 save your money and time, and go somewhere else or just stay home and keep your money in your pocket 😉

I had the all you can eat salad bar with the all you can eat soup. The salad bar was great everything was fresh. I had broccoli and cheese soup which I thought was really good. They have a quiet atmosphere and low lighting. I go there often. The Bourbon Salmon is good, too!

Many thanks to Richard, our server, he was personable and over very attentive! Very much enjoyed enjoyed our meals and took advantage of the fresh salad bar. Salad bar had many options to choose from including side salads. It was well stocked and very presentable. Had not been to a Ruby Tuesday in quite a long time, but found it as good as I remembered. Prices were very decent.

We had a great experience from the time we walked in. The hostess sat us in the bar area, where we were immediately greeted by the bartender. We had the ribeye and the hickory bourbon chicken. Our meals were delicious. One of the managers Johnathan even came by to make sure we were having an enjoyable time, which is something you don’t see a lot these days. We will definitely be back!

Our server did her best & I feel bad for her buh this was a horrible experience. We had to send our drinks back atleast 2-3 time should’ve known to leave! There was a gnat in my uncles drink! Gnats on the ranch at the salad bar! Burnt bun & the spinach dip was over cooked! The broccoli was under cook. They gave us a discount but that doesn’t matter still unacceptable. They definitely need to do better or this place will be closing very soon!
