I'm just an Uber driver, and the manager was so kind to help deal with a situation, and i was positively surprised with the spirit of help. Imagine how much they work hard to satisfy the customer🫶
Always good. As reward member I try and go each week to take advantage of the coupon specials The menu is so varied I get something different every time. The fajitas are delicious and my husband gets the New Orleans Seafood
Well this was the third night I helped close the place down. Great people here. Treated me as if I’m a local. Tabitha has been here each night and always doing her best to make me feel at home. LaJoan was back tonight as well and as always she was so nice and friendly. New bartender tonight and her name is Margaret. She did an outstanding job. Very attentive and friendly. Can’t say enough about the hospitality here. If I’m in Mebane, NC, I’ll be having dinner and drinks here. Kudos to the staff!
I really wish that the corporate-powers-that-be, that are in charge over this establishment, realize what valuable workers they have here. The food was great, but let me say this: the staff was even better. You had one hostess/manager and two... yes, TWO servers working in the ENTIRE busy restaurant. Those ladies rocked it! Not a single one of them seemed stressed. I really wish I'd taken names. Because I would love to give them all Kudos for keeping it together while being courteous, attentive, and kind! Monday evening 8/14/23.... there didn't seem to be a wait for food, everyone was great, and you'd have never known they were working under the pressure of a skeleton crew. Teamwork at its finest!
Really enjoyed eating here. Our server Katelyn was really extraordinary. She was very friendly and performed here job well. I will definitely stop here if I'm ever passing through again. Thank you so much !!!
Bekah was incredible!!! She was super fast and on top of things! You didn’t even have to ask for anything she already knew what you were thinking! If you stop by, I highly recommend requesting her!!! Food was great and the manager also stopped by to check in!
The Ruby Tuesday’s in Mebane has the best staff of anywhere in town. The manager, Tabitha, helped our family have somewhere to sit and eat after a funeral when no one else in town could seat us. We had around 20 people that just needed somewhere be there for each other and talk and she made it happen for us. The food was great and all the staff made us feel very welcome. Since then I have been back several times with my wife and we found the best bartender in the area, Dave, that works some days of the week! Good luck getting a seat when he’s working. Top notch service that’s hard to find these days!!!
Out of 4 person meal, all 4 orders were served incorrectly. 3 meals served with incorrect items, 1 meal served with ice cold rice. Very dissapointed at Ruby Tuesday and server because she took the blame for everything when the restaurant kitchen missed items. Ruby Tuesday has a lot on their plate, several customers complaining about drinks and food. I would add receipt to point out location and personnel involved, but would it help? Dissapointed, unsatisfied customer and disgusted with ice cold rice literaly, can not recomend anything. RUBY TUESDAY, your loss.
