Remember when American malls were amazing? At each American mall there was always a Ruby Tuesday... How are American malls today? About the same as Ruby Tuesday... Broken and given up. This location, although not at a mall is a great example of giving up. Seriously, they've given up. The decor is lousy. The server talked me out of an entree because I would likely send it back so I ordered a lower cost item. I'd say more, but at this point, it's fair to say this chain is done and those that work there (including the jeans wearing manager) need to find new work. It's not their fault. It's the fault of a company that is just riding the bus until the wheels fall off. I'll close with some pictures of sadness. In closing, don't come here. It's just too sad to be told to wear gloves at a salad bar yet the bathroom smelled like a cat box not cleaned in a week. Just close and move on... #Don'tComeHere

Had lunch today ate Quesadilla special. Shellie the server was very polite and attentive. Salad bar was fully stocked and looked great. Asked male manager for extra sour cream when he brought my food and he retrieved quickly. They were dialed in today. I work in service industry and appreciated the service and speed from them and how well they all worked together. Great job from start to finish.

Came in today for lunch. And had an amazing server with Holly and met manager Mike. Great service. Great salad bar. Your special was amazing and Mike told me about Rewards program. Definitely joined thank you for everything. Will be back soon.

The place is short-staffed. Our waiter was also the bartender. It was not crowded at all. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in a while. The place has gone downhill. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. Our waiter was great. The place was dirty and looked like it hadn't been kept up.

Fantastic place to eat!!! A friendly and helpful wait staff.. the most beautiful, well put together salad bar anywhere in Citrus County!! I have to admit this is my go-to place!!! My Daughter, Granddaughter and I go regularly!!! Do yourself a favor and try the Baby Back Ribs, the Hickory Smoked Salmon.. the Chicken Naches off the Appetizer menu are absolutely amazing!! 10 Stars!!! 😋😋😋

Ruby Tuesdays Inverness Fl. Great food and even better service. Rochelle took care of us with vivacity and elan! Shes everything u want in a server with an air of electric excitement in her presentation. Cute as a button, she added immense value to the experience! Thank you, Rochelle!🥰

I should have read reviews prior to going here as it would have made my decision that much easier not to go here, and after seeing the salad bar, I should have just left. I do agree with people, as the salad bar wasn't very clean looking, nor was it very full for a place just opening for lunch. Not to mention, it wasn't that busy with people or waiting to be seated that an employee couldn't have cleaned it up, or restocked salad bar to look more presentable being it's first thing you see by hostess/host station. I was greeted and seated nicely by the host. The waitress didn't seem like she had very much time for me, the single customer, and it's not like she was overloaded with tables as not the case at all she had two other tables three max with two guest each! I guess the two table tops would make a bigger tip? I've waitressed and had way more customers than she had on Monday 18th at around 12:00-1:00 timeframe, but still attended to my customers as busy as I was. She never came back and asked if I wanted a refill on my drink, nor did she ever come back to ask if everything was okay! She was more preoccupied behind the bar. When I get service like that, the tip is accordingly. She's lucky I didn't leave just $3 as that's what she deserved with the service she gave me. The food wasn't worth the price paid, not for a chain restaurant either. If you're on a diet, no worries of big portions or about points much as meat is the size of the palm of hand, so good there, the veggies I don't even think you get a quarter of a cup. The price I paid, I could have gotten two pinwheel spinach with cheese stuffed steaks, bag veggies, and a small ring of shrimp at a grocery store for TWO people or had way more than two meals for one person.

It wasn't very busy but service was kind of slow, our server was the bartender but she didn't have very many people at the bar. The salad bar needed refilling the entire time we were there and after asking twice finally once we were pretty much done eating they decided to fill it around 7:30 when we sat down to eat at 6:15. You couldn't really find a grown adult anywhere it was mostly teenagers and 20 somethings not sure if any of them were a manager no one looked like a manager.
