I like this place, but... for some reason, at this location, there is always something that is just a little bit off. On this visit, it felt like our server was on the 11th hour of her second shift. she never apologized for seeming rushed, nor explained, so we just rolled with it. The salad bar is always the highlight of my visit, usually the main reason we go. somehow, the salad bar here never disappoints me. i ordered fish and chips and asked about adding a side of Coleslaw... the waitress WAS nice enough to inform me that there's 'slaw on the salad bar, rather than up-selling me a $3 add-on, which was nice of her. i give it 10 of 15 stars. will eat here again.
Trevor Williams is the best manager. They were short handed and he was out bussing tables, taking orders, seating people, and running drinks and orders out to the guests. Cassidy was our waitress and she was busy as a beaver but had a smile on her face and was so pleasant and kind. She had big groups of guests and never got rattled I can’t say enough about tonight’s staff/ they are amazing!! They all were smiling and took time for us to order.
I've never been in a Ruby Tuesday before so this was quite the experience ☺️ I decided to eat at the bar, ( I do enjoy conversation every now and again 😅) Tyler was my guy, he was very informative on the menu suggestions and even switched up the pasta from penne to fettuccine 😋..
Waited 7 minutes to be seated. Weren't ever acknowledged by workers who passed us by. Waited 15-20 minutes for a drink. While I love Ruby Tuesday, this was more than a let down. I saw who made the drinks. Absolutely horrible. Paid the bill, left the waitress a tip and drinks on the table. The economy has declined and help is hard to find. However common courtesy to guests should be a priority. I'll spend my hard earned cash somewhere else next time.
Went with my sisters for a Saturday lunch . I have been to Ruby Tuesday several times and enjoyed salad bar but not today. The waitress was very good but the salad bar was not filled lettuce sitting in water . It appears that everything had been sitting do quite a while. The worst part of experience though was the fact that we were seated at a booth against a wall and kept smelling mold my son picked up his shoe and it was soaked 😱We told waitress that the floor under table was soaked with water and smelled like mold and she told us that the sink was leaking under the wall and onto the floor and that they were trying to fix it. Horrible experience !!!’
Been her a few times. The food is pretty good, as are the drinks. But the service is meh at best. The service is just usually off, as my husband and daughter are clearly ignored and anything myself and son ask for is ran right back to the table. Maybe we just need to try a different location...
My wife and I decided to have our dinner at this Ruby's this evening (6/23/2023), and I just knew I had to leave a review less than 10 minutes into our experience. We were immediately greeted upon entering, the hostess was beyond cheerful and hospitable, and our waiter greeted us almost immediately after being seated. Courtney, our server, couldn't have been any better at her job. She explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and even went to ask her manager about combining a certain entree with a coupon code to be sure we'd save a couple bucks on our bill. The best part, though, was Courtney's willingness to ensure our meals were absolutely perfect when my wife's steak seemed a bit thin and overcooked. Courtney, as well as her manager, immediately handled the situation without either of us having to mention anything. It was incredible, impeccable, and refreshing. We'll return to this Ruby's time and time again thanks to the flawless experience we had tonight. Thank you, Courtney, and Courtney's Manager. You're both a testament to the service industry and incredible at what you do.
This is the best Ruby Tuesday we've ever been at. The food is always solid, the bar knows how to make a drink, and the salad bar is always fresh and well stocked! Amber is our go to waitress and is awesome!
