We were told to wait in a half empty restaurant. After 30 minutes of watching others be seated, I confronted the host and was told we had been forgotten. The ribeye was only quarter inch thick and overcooked despite ordering instructions. After waiting on a replacement steak for 30 minutes, we just left. The manager was passive and unresponsive (simply put, useless). The host was absent minded and appeared on drugs. Our waiter lost the order, seemed nice, but ultimately, I think he was just retaliating for coworkers or instructed by his manager. My goal is to provide as many negative reviews as possible including the Better Business Bureau. PS: Don't believe Ruby Tuesdays response below. I have contacted them several times since June 2023 without any answer. They do no want to make anything right. They've sent several emails requesting a phone number and never contact me or fulfill previousagreements.
Great food but my waiter was not much tentative. He talks to his coworkers more then taken care of his customers.
First visit in a very long time. Not very busy at 5pm. Host met us at his podium, didn't say two words, but motioned for us to follow him to a table. Five minutes later our server approached, didn't introduce himself, but took our drink orders. He brought those promptly, then quickly took our orders with about as much personality as a brick. When our Smash Burgers were ready, our server brought them out, dropped them off and left promptly without asking if we needed anything else. I realized my burger has no dressing at all, so I had to wait another 5+ minutes to flag him down and request mayo. He brought that and still didn't ask if we needed anything else. He did bring me a fresh drink when he saw I needed one, but didn't ask my wife if she needed one - which a few minutes later she did, but he was nowhere in sight until he brought the check about ten minutes later when he glass was completely empty. We requested to-go drinks, which were brought out promptly. When I paid on the kiosk, he'd already added a 20% gratuity. I quickly backed out of that and dropped it to 15%, which honestly was still more than he deserved. The burgers were 'ok', but we could get as good or better at Steak n Shake for less money.
We are here celebrating our wedding anniversary this Ruby Tuesdays is were our first date happened 12 years ago. Unique was by far the best server. Very prompt and helpful. Her attitude was on point. We had an amazing time. She made this day even more special. The food was incredible everything was perfect!
We’re celebrating our 30th anniversary this week(Sept 18th) and hitting all of our favorite restaurants we’ve frequented over the years, so we went to one that’s been one of our favorites for 25 years at least. Our server Unique was the best. Food came out way before we expected and she was on top of taking care of us. Thank you Unique for helping make our day great…keep up the great hospitality!!
Tonya H is a Great Server... Thank you for Ruby Tuesday for Hiring such a great person who treats you like she would want to be treated. The Salad Bar was sensational!! Fresh and crisp.. Hot ☕️ coffee!! I simply cannot tell you enough about how great the service was. Thank you for a great night out!
Great food and spot-on service! If you can get a Tiffany as your server, you will not be disappointed! We have had her as our server several times. She is professional, helpful, and friendly. RT"s food choices are excellent and well prepared.
This place has steadily nose dived after Covid. Salad bar is hardly ever stocked and they have no urgency in doing so. Burgers are way over cooked. Food is just not that great anymore. Oh and they stay out of something all the time. “I’m sorry we are out of that today.”
