I ordered the chicken tenders meal. My wife ordered the chicken asiago. Her chicken was very good. Had a good taste. My chicken tenders we're not so tender. Obviously they are some Frozen hard chunk chicken. These did not even come close to the picture on the menu. as you'll see in the pictures. Sent them back and ordered some baby back ribs.The ribs were over cooked. Our waitress has not been too friendly. Plus we were the only people in the restaurant. So it wasn't like they were busy and just overcooked the stuff.
We had a Birthday gathering at Ruby Tuesday, Sunday Sept 3, 2023. The food was phenomenal, and the service was great. The Salad Bar was outstanding! We traveled from Greenville SC, and all of our guest had nothing, but great things to say. Thanks Ruby Tuesday for making my Birthday gathering very nice.
We visited last night, for my birthday, the manager was waiting tables and handling the restaurant beautifully. Even being short staffed the food was on time and delicious. Best experience I've had a restaurant in a long time
Our service was wonderful! We had server Michael and he was very kind and went above and beyond a server’s expectations. He kept our drinks filled up consistently and was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Salad bar was fresh, food was fresh and hot. Exceptional service that I’ve had at a restaurant in awhile.
This used to be a good place to eat. But last time service was awful. Our order was lost little to none on refills of drink. We did get a free dessert for our trouble,but even the dessert wasn't up to par. Totally disappointed.
I came here to review the food buuuutttt, I think our waiter deserves the spot light. the service that we received was beyond top notch!! Michael was an absolute pleasure! Everyone in our group was super pleased with the amount of respect and hospitality showed by this young man. Keep up the good work Michael! We will definitely be back, and we’re definitely requesting your service!
Food was amazing but What really made our experience was our welcome from the host. I believe her name was Tashannna. Our server, Michael was also top notch. Says a lot about management to have employees genuinely have a great attitude.
I would give more stars!! The staff was so friendly and the food great. My favorite is the pumpernickel croutons! Could eat them like popcorn! A special 10 star review and hugs to our server Alyssa and the chef. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs and even left me an uplifting and inspiring note on my take out box!! Hey, Ruby Tuesday, make their day like they did mine!!!
