Mark was our server and he was great! So kind and helpful, very welcoming and made sure we were topped on drinks any time he came by. Food was delicious, my stomach wasn’t big enough!
The service is quick, the atmosphere and food is typical of any big chain restaurant. Expect "feel good" food options on the menu but a mediocre and somewhat small and disappointing salad bar. The wait staff is friendly and the restaurant is incredibly clean. Ruby Tuesday seems to have a certain late '90s vibe to it, so if you're into that, you will love this place!
I just went here it was fantastic. My server was Mark and he was fantastic. A 10/10 job. The food was fantastic as well. I had the smashed burger and it was amazing. The only thing i would change is more fries with my meal.
Mark was our server and he did an excellent job. I know several people who work here and everyone is always friendly. Nice atmosphere and great food.
The Appetizer’s actually taste better than the Entrees. I ordered the Sampler and my Entree was the Chicken and Broccoli with Parmesan Sauce. Ruby Tuesdays went very scarce on the sauce. As far as the service: our server was explaining how she was splitting our bill as she was walking away. And I believe she became annoyed with me when I asked her to help me with my first time paying with Apple Cash. All in all, I think she did her best, but needs a little work with mannerism.
Waiter Mark did an amazing job! Kept our drinks filled and served our food in a timely manner. Thank you for great service. We’re from Idaho and loved Ruby Tuesday’s experience.
Our server Lauren was awful. She had us waiting at the table for a 15 minutes and it was NOT busy. She didn’t put our orders in right. She brought out drinks but no straws. Didn’t check in with us the whole time. Another server ended up taking over and Betsy was AMAZING!!! Refills at all the right times, fixed our messed up food orders, and was so polite and friendly. Definitely would have a better rating if all the servers knew how to treat their customers.
Really enjoyed dinner at Ruby Tuesday tonight. Mark T did an awesome job taking care of our group. Food was great and arrived quickly. Mark was available exactly when needed for drink refills, etc. Highly recommend.
