Pearl was astounding very very attentive recommended amazing appetizers always topped of our drinks we never had to ask! She was kind welcoming and understanding to what we wanted recommend her when you go you won’t regret it!
My first experience wasn't great. The Regional manager was quick to reach out and make it right. Wow!! I am very impressed. The Store Manager was very nice and courteous. The front of the house manager even offered to help me out to my car with my order. They have daily specials that I will definitely be coming back for!! Ruby Tuesday you definitely what's right in Bartow Florida 😋❤️ And... I don't know the name of that sauce that came with the shrimp but it made my taste buds shout like they had the holy ghost!! Amazing!! Y'all gotta try it!!
Staff is super nice. I got a salad and soup. Bartender was kind enough to tell me it was cheaper to get a salad and soup vs. just the salad bar. She poured me an excellent serving of wine 🍷 😉. The restaurant is in dire need of an uplift. It’s like walking into a 1960’s place, but poorly decorated.
My Name is Lisa Jackson and i am From Chicago and i was visited Rudy Tuesday on 1-21 with my Family for a Family Gathering the Food was excellent and on point the services was wonderful the atmosphere was just right. Whenever I come see my family again I will come and surely visit Rudy Tuesday. all the young ladies that was helping out to serve the table wonderful job.
Jessica is very attentive and has great energy. Travis is a hard worker and very friendly. He does a wonderful job. Sylvia always takes the time to check on us and makes sure we are well taken care of. We will pass other Ruby Tuesdays to come to the Bartow location. Our only request is to bring back jerseys. We love seeing the staff representing their favorite sports’ teams!
This is ultimately the best food EVER! 😋 😍 I highly recommend the kids pasta marinara and the Bourbon Salmon. While on vacation we stay at the hotel across the street and we literally eat here EVERY DAY! DELICIOUS FOOD. I really love, love, love this place.I miss the good big peaches 🍑 though 😕. But in all this restaurant is amazing 👏 😋 my favorite! And a special thanks to April and Jessica!
This is the best and mean the absolute best t-bone i have ever had in all the years that i have been coming to this restaurant.. for the 1st ever i had a steat that i didnt need A1 for..Noah did an amazing job on it...our waitress Pearl was amazing also...she made sure we had everything we needed and check on us like she should of...the absolute best time i have ever had at Ruby Tuesday's
Haven’t been out this way in a while but I’m glad I made it over to ole Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar was as perfect as I remember, the food was delicious, and our server Tabitha was amazing! When the food and service are this great I’ll be back soon! The manager Kayla was very kind when she stopped by and made sure everything was perfect for us. 10/10 highly recommend!
