Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries. Service, chicken and fries were perfect. Chicken grilled moist and plump and added mustard. Fries were crisp on outside and soft on inside. All served nice and hot. Thank you!
Typical no thrills ruby tuesdays. Good place to grab a beer. Not sure what the go to food is here, but the steak was not it. The baked potato that came with it was pretty good. The queso with steak wasn't bad.
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. The staff is super friendly and professional. The food was AMAZING!! I ordered hamburger steak with peppers and onions and it was literally the best I’ve ever had In my life and my grandma was a dang good southern cook! Our server Michelle was the best!!
The GM seated us and was so kind and thanked us for coming in. Our server, Michele is an absolute doll and a great asset to Ruby Tuesday. I ordered a well done burger. The burger was delicious and cooked just as I ordered. Also, the burger was very tender. My compliments to the cook. I am from out of town so I felt a review for others to see was a must.
There were two in our group. We were having a late lunch after an event at an Airport hotel. There weren't many people there. We sat at a booth. The bar area was busy with people meeting before a flight. Ruby's was super clean and well lighted with lots of natural sunlight. A very relaxed atmosphere.
I ordered a burger with cheese and a root beer thru grub hub, They sent out a raw burger instead and didn’t even include my drink. Thankfully grubhub refunded my whole order. It’s not difficult to make a burger. Especially during the slower time of the day. 0 out of 5 stars
Had dinner there yesterday. It was not crowded at all, even though I was there around 6pm. The food was cooked as I ordered. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The price was reasonable considering how much eating out costs s these days.
Food was good but the service was bad. Think they are understaffed. The waitress was nice but could see she was overworked. The appetizer landed without cutlery. Getting cutlery took 10 minutes. We literally ordered appetizers and entrees together as drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. Felt sorry for the waitress as could see she was trying to cope up but she had limited control as staff shortage was evident. Food was nice for the price and drinks were also good
