The pizza was very good. Pizza came out on time and the employee was very polite to us. We asked for forks for the pizza, but they were plastic. The tips of the forks bent when we put them into the pizza to cut it. Can't pick up anything with the forks when the tips of the forks are bent. We could hear the employees talking behind the counter. They were talking like guys talk, and I don't have any problem with that, just not in earshot of the customers.
The cashier was knowledgeable about coupons and discounts and they are awesome about exchanging quarters to the kids. It's a great place for our family celebrations.
This is the second time I try using the coupons that they send and they never work I got a free personal pizza for my birthday I tried using it didn't go thru why send coupons if they not gonna go thru like come on

Nice pizza 🍕, ready fairly quickly, good service and plenty of parking in the back lot.
The pizza was great but the manager is horrible. Not customer service oriented. Lost a longtime customer over an order of hot wings. Asked for mild, got very spicy ones and would not replace. He said he would not waste food. He would not give us his name which basically means he does not believe he responded correctly or defend himself to his superiors. Oh well, next we will be writing to corporate as he also belittled his workers in front of customers, another mark of a bad manager. This person does not to be on the front lines. Pass the Seaside location by, too many other choices just as good.
Ordered a CHEESE pizza with extra toppings. A personal size. I paid full price. The man who cut my pizza said "I hope you know there's no cheese on this" I asked them to look at my account and verify that I always order the same thing. They said it wasn't possible. My app keeps track... I asked for them to make it again correctly and was told that the owner would be mad. Terrible service. Awful food.
