Ordered pizza online, was given a 30 minute completion time. Arrived at 30 minutes and my order wasn’t done. I wanted to be upset but then remembered it was Friday night and I wasn’t the only person who ordered pizza at 5:30 for a 6:00 o’clock dinner. It wasn’t like they forgot about my order or internationally delayed my order, they were slammed! They did inform me there was a delay and gave me a new expected completion time. Just remember everyone is short staffed and looking to hire, and we the public can’t treat the employees working to serve us like garbage, it’s not their fault they are under staffed. I’m grateful for the Round Table staff who come to work and bust their butts to serve up great pizza, and the pizza was worth the wait! Thank you Round Table staff!
Nothing Special anymore. It used to be great back in the 70's and early 80's. I can take em or leave em now. I do like getting delivery though. The lady we usually get for deliveries is wonderful. Always has something to say. Good sense of humor.
Stopped here for dinner. It was almost closing time, so we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. They have a big arcade room, my kids loved it! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious!! Customer service was great!
My pizza order was done online. The extra-large pizza was the size of Large at other nearby restaurants. Price was over $40 which I felt was expensive. I chose to make a half-n-half, with four different toppings on each side. It ended up with one half only having two toppings, and not the four I requested. Those two toppings had been added to the wrong side.
I rarely do reviews but I've been sitting at the bar for 20+ minutes waiting for a beer I already paid for. The staff is undertrained and unmotivated. They aren't even busy. If there was a zero rating they'd deserve it.
Ordered two pizza's and when i got there i found out they gave my order to someone else. Then had to wait another 35 min for a new order while the breadsticks got cold. After all that they messed up my order.
Never have I seen a poorer run, understaffed pizza place. Over 1/2 the tables were left dirty with past customers. The crew was working hard but it took 45 minutes to get our pizza and we were the last customers there. I'm sure they were working hard but absolutely the worst service and mediocre pizza we ever had!
I tried the dinner buffet and the salad. The place was full of people but nevertheless the flow of freshly baked pizza kept coming to make everybody happy. The pizza was good and loaded with items. Great place to take the kids out to dinner. Also, the place was clean and in good order, plus the employees were good and doing their job, no drama there lol,,,
