Love me some King Aurthur Pizza! Service needs to be work on to my standards. Simple smile would have been nice.
After a really long day, we opted to order take out, pizza, bread sticks, and drinks. Arrived to pick, no one at the counter, 1 table being used and plenty of dirty tables waiting to be cleaned. A very grumpy girl approached the counter after I watched her place a pizza in the oven from a package. No greeting, no smile and then got grumpy when I asked if I could check the order! Pizza tasted like a cardboard frozen crust, definitely not worth what was paid. When I asked if I could change the drinks, she got frustrated saying she would have to delete my order. Perhaps the health department should stop in for a visit, it was pretty nasty. I will never order from here again, I will go to Pizza Factory.
Horrible service, but once we got our pie (pizza) we were happy. It just took forever to order even though we were the only ones ordering in person. Only one register open and the girl on the phone taking an order spent 20 mins trying to get the person to decide what they wanted. At that point either a second register should have been opened (because there Was a second girl trying to help us but with"the one register" tired up she was helpless. Or.... they should have told the lesson on the phone to hold a minute while they decided what they wanted and taken our order (which seriously took 2 mins at most. Anyway.... Good Pizza !
We’re done with this round table. 75% of the time our order is wrong. It is unbelievable to me. I worked at round table for three years when I was a teenager and we did not screw up like this. It’s not a difficult job if you’re efficient and pay attention. Just picked up another incorrect order. Pizza factory has it down. I think we’ve had one issues there in 4 years. Not sure what this round table needs but we give up.
Bunch of poor attitude employees who lack customer service and positivity. Came in to pickup our order and there was no one dining inside yet there was plenty of dirty tables with plates and mess. Definitely not a location I’d return to. Also saw employees preparing salads without gloves. Disgusting!

Great customer service, good is prepared with tons of love, but the atmosphere is cramped to say the least. However I look past this as an attribute associated with the historical rooting of this hangtown hang out.
It was fresh and delicious pizza, buffalo chicken and salad. The staff is friendly. Video games are fun and is safe place for your family.
