I usually LOVE Round Table pizza. This location was dirty, unprofessional and unkind. I will always support small business but this place needs to be avoided at all cost. $28 for two small salads and water to drink. We asked for additional dressing g and the actually charges us. I ask about the buffet and the asst. Mgr said " It is gone for ever" made me feel like she was taking something out on me. The carpet was unrecognizable from a dirt floor and the tables needed to be cleaned.
Ordered a medium combination pizza; Waited to be helped and waited and waited; Once I paid he said your pizza is over there. I proceeded to the end of the counter picked up my pizza and walked out. Won't be back. This use to have good friendly service.
Worst service on February 4th for a party I had to get there and clean so I could decorate and food was late and had to tell them there was still food missing staff was rude and we spent over $400.00 worst place ever to have a party...
Good pizza! The staff is always pleasant. I love that you can rent the back rooms out for party's or event's. They have a great salad bar too! Not to mention the sales like wing Wednesday!
I am visiting Kerman for youth football and tried to call the store 6 times, in half an hour, with no one ever answering. I drove to the location and found no customers in the store and while standing to wait to order, the phone is ringing with no one acknowledging it. There were several people standing around with one lady taking an order before someone leaving from work, yelled back to have someone help in the front. A person came to the front and assisted the employee who was already taking an order before walking away, there were 3 people waiting to order. We got two personal pizzas, one medium pizza, wings, and drinks and it cost us over $70. Over priced and horrible customer service.
