I hate to give these kind of reviews. But, this has to be the second-worst round table I've ever been to. I had put a pickup order for 6pm far in advance only to find that it wasn't even put in the oven yet 10 minutes after 6pm. Granted they were busy yes, but I feel that's hardly an excuse for not even having it in the oven by my pickup time of 6 p.m. Then when it was finally ready it was just hand it to me and I wasn't even offered cheese and peppers. Upon reaching to my car it was sadly disproportionately looking like a piece was missing. And the taste was beyond mediocre. Not coming back here again for my Pizza.

Very disappointing! We usually go to Mtn Mikes but I remembered Round Table being a good pizza so thought it would be a good change ordered 1/2 linguica, onion, and black olive and the other half pepperoni extra large should be 16 slices, it could have been 16 slices if it was sliced correctly. But the best part was the amount of linguica on the pizza there was 3 very thin slices of linguica, a large hunk of onion on 1 slice , there was a lot of black olives like way too many I guess that was used to make the pizza look full. Sorry Mountain Mikes I won’t be unfaithful to you again. I think round table forgot how to make pizza and it wasn’t inexpensive 40$

Only 2 of 8 beers were out, staff too lazy to change kegs. Also nearly every table was covered in dirty dishes. Again, staff too lazy to clean the tables.

The store has had long delivery times, so we decided to order an XL pizza for pickup. We were told that it would be ready in 20 min. We arrived at the store to pick it up 25 minutes after we placed the order. We paid 45$ and we were told it would take an additional 5 minutes. We waited and after 25 more minutes or approximately 45 minutes from the time we ordered. I got up and asked how much more time I would take. The young lady at the front desk said she would check and asked for my name again. She then looked in the pizza warmer and said it just came out. My wife and I knew it was not true because we were sitting looking at them waiting for the pizza, I did not say anything and politely said thank you and left. When we arrived home, we realized the pizza was dehydrated from sitting in the warmer so long. I usually order from Antioch at Lone tree. We never have any problems with that store, but we live closer to the store in Brentwood at Sand Creek. This happened before, that is why we drive to the Round Table in Antioch. This time, I decided to write a review. I don’t mind paying extra for round table pizza because it is supposed to be better than the other pizza. This does not apply to Sand Creek Round Table Store

Ordered $40-$50 buck pizza via the doordash app and ask for additional ranch dressing since the app did not give me the option to add ranch. The doordash delivery person text me saying they were denied ranch because it's extra. So I call the store and told them what an insult it was that I specifically asked for ranch and still do not get it after we spend money with them all year. How much is a side a ranch 1-3 dollars? As a customer I'm very disappointed

Ordered online and was given a time to pick up. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes after our original pick up time then they gave us only part of what we ordered and the other part was wrong. Went online and asked to be contacted and never got a response.

I recently placed a order at this location where I was overcharged. I had provided my coupon over the phone where it was declined at pickup and was told it expired when in reality it expires 12.31.21. I called to have this issue resolved today since the coupon in fact wasn't expired and that was the reason given on why I was overcharged and only given 5 dollars off when I inquired with the person who picked it up. The supervisor LUPE who assisted me, if that really is her name being she didn't want to provide her full name once I mentioned escalating the issue, gave excuse after excuse as to why I was overcharged. I had someone else pick up the order because it was for a party but my total over the phone was less than what was charged. The pick up person stated the man who on the receipt shows as Daniel M gave the excuse the coupon expired but was willing to give 5 dollars off then according to supervisor Lupe who wasn't even present the day of my order gave the excuse the coupons were valid but not for this location which should've been disclosed during ordering instead I was given total with my coupon included and at pick up told coupon expired. Lupe dropped the ball especially as a Supervisor giving excuses instead of resolving the issue she escalated it more! She told me go head and dispute with my bank because she couldn't do anything for me in regards to resolving the issue. Didn't even apologize for this whole ordeal. I was willing to pay the total of 47 but 60 bucks isn't the total given upon ordering via phone. She needs to honestly be fired if she doesn't have the basic problem solving and customer service figured out because her problem solving and customer service skills were complete TRASH! I was shocked when she stated she was the manager then later changed to supervisor but might explain the nature this location is being ran! Its basic common sense you do not argue with a customer especially when you overcharged them intentionally instead of being honest with customers from the start! Had I known the coupons didn't work I definitely would have ordered elsewhere more worthy of my money. The pizzas were cheese and pepperoni and definitely had better from little Cesar's, pizza hut, and Zachary's pizza. This location needs customer service training and replacement management. The female Supervior Lupe who originally stated she was the manager then lied and said she was the SUPERVISOR needs to be FIRED! Simple customer service and even matching the coupon or common sense telling the customer the truth could've eliminated a lot of issues.. This location I highly DO NOT SUGGEST.

Friendly service and great food! The double play pepperoni pizza and the BBQ boneless wings were amazing!
