We didn’t order for awhile after a few not-so-great experiences, but we’ve had some even less great experiences with a newer pizza restaurant in town lately, so we decided to give Rosati’s another chance and we’ve been very satisfied the last 3 or 4 orders! I will say, we’re thin crust people but it always seemed to be a miss here - we changed our go-to order here to double dough and have been happy every time :) Pizza is cooked perfectly and has tasted great, and orders always ready promptly.

Best pizza in Hampshire. Delicious burgers I only need half and I have another meal the fries are to-die-for I could just eat fries from them not crazy about their roast beef but I am a Chicago girl

Hours said til 10:30 on. SATURDAYNIGHT. 9:40 phone rang off the wall, online order shut off. Drove there, and the place was closed. Went to Alfonso's instead. It was open till midnight. 15 minutes later, they had a pizza ready. It was very good. Our new pizza place! Goodbye Rosati's. You lost me.

I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time we have received terrible food from this restaurant. The pizzas are great, but everything else has been horrible. We ordered Chicago dogs and sandwiches this evening and the dogs were very over cooked and the buns were so stale that my wife could tap her finger on it and it sounded like an empty cardboard box. The beef which I ordered extra juicy came overcooked with a rock hard bun and dry meat. Not only was it not close to juicy, it was emaciated. There's just no way that they cannot know this food is unacceptable. $30 for barely edible, over cooked food with stale bread. The worst part is this is the THIRD time we have had an experience like this. You'd think we would have learned our lesson and stopped ordering, but unfortunately Hampshire doesn't have many carryout options. The pizzas are great but the rest of the food here has been consistently awful. I just don't understand how everything is overcooked or stale every single time. This points to consistent mismanagement or simple refusal to throw out old food and provide their customers with the quality they are paying for, but unfortunately not receiving. Very disappointed.

This place has excellent pizza and wings! The new seating is comfortable and makes it so you can enjoy your pizza straight out of the oven. The food is priced fairly and tastes amazing, great place to take the whole family.

I've been getting pizza from here for nearly a decade. For the last year we've been getting consistently low quality pizzas, bad service, and prices charges that don't match the menu. You should just go to Alfano's in town or El Patron in Burlington.

Pizza is always good, I’d give them a 5 star if they would offer some specials or deals when calling over the phone. $53 for 2 1 topping 18” pizzas is insane.

The only Rosati's I like. I don't know what's different about these stores, but this one is superior to all other Rosati's restaurants.
