This place is god awful and I love supporting small businesses, The pizza crust on one pizza the all meat was burnt. The chicken pizza was slightly undercooked. The wings were warm but terrible, I can no longer handle my $70 worth of food everybody at my table said it was not great and if I fed this to a homeless man they would probably slap me so hard across the Face ID taste the burnt crust pizza that I just devoured hoping to get my moneys worth, I will not be returning and I don’t think any should enter goodbye.

Food was good ordered a large pepperoni olive and mushrooms and can't lie it was good I will be returning The only Roma's pizza I have Ben to is the one on Franklin Ave so I use to drive all the way over there but I live in Carmichael so now that I no that the Roma's in Carmichael is just as good I will be back for sure

Horrible experience. The place was so hot inside- we had a team party there and it was completely unbearable. The AC was clearly broken. Good pizza but the facility is unacceptable. Our poor waitress worked hard to help serve us but all the men there just seemed annoyed we were there. Bad experience overall. Unfortunate because the food is pretty good.

Miserable. They seriously need to fix the inside of this place. I will never go back. And it’s too bad bc the pizza is good. Broken AC, old dirty tables and seating….filthy bathroom. But the AC, how do you run a business in this area without a functioning cooling unit!? The staff said it’s been broken for years!?!

I love supporting small business but I won't leave a fake review I'm sorry. This pizza was ok at best unfortunately. We spent almost $60 on two large pizzas and I'll be honest I was really expecting better. The toppings are decent with decent amounts of toppings as well but the crust was lacking, as my oldest son said it just tastes like a pizza we make at home in the oven. The bottom of the crust got really hard fast making it almost impossible to eat once it got cold, which is my favorite! Who doesn't love cold pizza? The family gives it a 7 out of 10 and that's probably being nice.

They have some of my favorite pizzas and sandwiches! I LOVE the sub sandwich! I've always thought the décor here is totally cozy and you always feel like you are sitting for a dinner in some fancy part of Italy!

Pizza was to greasy for us, we did eat a very small piece of the 3 available types and over all really good flavor, lots of cheese and meats on the pizzas and a good amount of vegetables. Over all would recommend for a good tasting pizza. Fantastic salad and dressings.

Honest review of this place and deserves to be rated fairly. Upon arrival to the place the entrance was kind of difficult to find. The door on the right is the one that opens. There is a waiting area and says please wait to be seated, but staff no where near and awkward at first, they are usually found behind the counter in the back letting the people come in to seat where they want. The menu is simple and easy to order from. Order wasn't that much and was moderately priced and hoped the quality of food is as good what I paid. After ordering food, looked around and just curious of this place. Went at first at the waiting area towards near the entrance and there's two fake plant all covered in dust along with seat and immediately got up and continued to walk around the place. Overall most of the place has no house keeping, there is spider webs along the ceiling, dirt sweeped to edges, counters and decorative pieces all in piles of dust. I can just imagine how much of the stuff is in the back in the kitchen. Staff do seem to be really friendly and nice to customers. Once my order was ready to go, it took good 40 minutes. I had order dinner for 2 had my hands full with food and couldn't able to bring the drinks to the car, told them be right back to get the drinks. Waiter offered and brought the drinks out to the car. They are nice people and couldn't wait to try the food. After arriving home, the food was very hot still. My wife had simple spaghetti and tamato meat sauce, she tried first bite and said weren't salted at all and stale. She was unable to eat the food unfortunately. The portions were large and other reviews have mentioned also. The lasagna looked at first sight, when went into it I was able to lift the melted cheese above the lasagna pasta and noticed the pasta was on its side instead flat, I removed all cheese, the edge of pasta looked like it was from a frozen container. The taste of pasta and sausage do not taste fresh, and totally disappointing for name of Italian foods. We had also ordered chessy garlic bread, very hard and difficult to eat. Wish it was less toasted and soft as it should be. Bread probably was aged and also not fresh. Verdict is I would not be coming back. Over priced frozen foods not worth my money. The restaurant does need help with making fresh food and house keeping big time. They should redo the dinner area to be more cozy and bring the atmosphere more interesting than being open and awkward. Wish you guys the best, not trying to be all negative but it is what it is.
