Breakfast Menu "Romano's Macaroni Grill" Stevenson Ranch

It seems that lunch is the best time to go. The servers are very friendly and helpful with the menu. The drinks had too much ice in them but they have free refills. Old fashion water bottle service gives me a really good Italian feel to it. The boys that serve us the food are helpful and have nimble feet. the overall experience was great and enjoyed the opera singers.

Good food, just don't expect any great service. We were very nicely seated away from the many children in the room, at our request, however, we were not aware that this was going to ruin our service for the night. It took forever to get anything, esp our waiter's attention, and they didn't have the specials we ordered in stock that night. (that happens, no problem). Long before we got our waiter come back with anything, a group with 2 children were immediately seated next to us, making the the original move useless. The manager contacted me to apologize personally, I thought that was sweet. But we never did get those coupons he said he was sending so that he could 'reverse our experience there'. So, we won't be trying to anytime soon.

We were a large party of 14, we understand that it would take a long time for service for such a large party. Took 1 hour from sitting down to get our drink order taken. Pasta was terrible, marriana freezing, pizza tasted like cardboard. Only good thing was the FREE bread and the beer was cold. When we complained the manager did not care. Got to the restaurant at 6 and didnt leave until 840, getting our bill at 830 (barely).

I have eaten frequently at Macaroni Grills in my home town - this one in Stevenson Ranch left quite a bit to be desired - it took 3 requests to the waiter for water and, finally, I got up in an attempt to get water myself - when the waiter finally reacted to getting me and my guest water. I ordered a martini - my guest had his cocktail within minutes of ordering - it took 15 minutes to get my cocktail. The meal portions were meager in comparison to the Macaroni Grills I have eaten at previously. And, finally, there was some woman standing in the middle of the dining room and singing (or rather attempting to sing) - it was ear piercing. Not a pleasant visit at all - I was in Stevenson Ranch to visit Magic Mountain Six Flags (amusement park), I would never got back to this restaurant again.

Bad service no silverware, but left you bread, ordered drinks, appetizer. Received drinks separately, the one salad, then then next drink, then soup, then our meal, never received appetizer, or anytime between to enjoy any parts of the meal. All food was substandard. Chief Ramsey would have walked out or fired the whole staff

This place is bomb and me and my friend come here daily to just hang out and talk about life and events going on in our life. It's a great place to just chat and talk! It's a nice environment to just hang out with friends and catch up! Me and my friend are here for hours just talking and told thank you by the workers! They are absolutely all so sweet and amazingly helpful! Especially the 2 for 10 is a really good deal you need to take advantage of! Let's now talk about the place. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and gives of a peaceful vibe to it where I feel welcomed every time I walk in Mac grill. A very nice lady memorizes our order and me and my friend sit at any table and always get chicken panzanella. If you hadn't tried the chicken panzanella you need to because it will change your life. It comes with really good chicken and a salad on top with croutons and a mysterious dressing that taste good plus you can put extra vinegar and olive oil! The bread here is the best bread in the entire universe. I cannot stop eating the bread and feel it's a good appetizer to wait for your food and all this comes in 7 mins! For us it comes in 2 mins or 3 mins and then we eat it with bread and just hang out. This is the best thing on their menu and each day it taste even better. The water taste really good too, but I think Chris Martin bathes in it. I feel welcomed and everyone is always asking if we want more water and how is the food! Service is excellent and I feel it should be more busier than it is. I'll be eating chicken panzanella's on my graduation day with my caps and gowns! For the bad reviews go to the macaroni grill in Valencia! You will not be disappointed.

Can I give zero stars?! We sat for 10 minutes with no one coming and even asking if we wanted a glass of water. Not a busy restaurant, and now I see why. Two waitresses walked past us on their way to other tables the whole time, while another 2 employees hung out by the cash register chatting. So much for trying something new...

Our favorite in town!!! I love the Parmesan chicken. And the salmon too With average prices, they also have specials and discounts. Great place, great food, great service. Enjoy!!!!
