I've always had a great experience at the grill. Today, however, the experience was horrible. My water glass was dirty with food particles that were stuck to the glass, strike one. The bread plates were wet with water, strike two. The fried calamari appetizer was cold as if it was sitting out for a while, strike three. After complaining to the waitress you think she would have comped anything on my bill due to the inconvenience. No, paid full price, you're out. Never going back again. Service has seriously been compromised, specifically in the dish washing dept.

Don't waster your time or money. Food is average, at best. Our salads were SMALL. We walked out hungry and we cancelled our dessert order because it took forever. Upon leaving, the waitress came over with our cake (it was our daughter's Birthday) in a take out container. She apologized for it taking so long and said she took them off the bill. We were charged the cake that was not even good. It was 7:00 on a Sunday. They were not that swamped.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Tables were almost empty should have known there was a problem. The poor hostess said 30-45 minute wait. So we waited after listening to her explaining that they were understaffed and kitchen was slow. Our server was trying but when food came out, lasagne was inedible. So overcooked I could not cut it with a knife and fork. After almost 2 hours, I just sent it back. Fortunately it was removed from Bill. Definitely need a new manager and chefs. We've been there many times - this was inexplicably awful.

Service and food very good for chain restaurant. Restaurant was clean, no dust, and ALL bulbs were lit. Much improvement over the past years. New management, training are obvious. Great place for kids, paper Tucson style paper tablecloths with crayons are preset on All tables

We arrived tonight at 5:55 p.m. Waited about 3 minutes to be seated. Waited til 6:15 for our order to be taken. Waited til 6:35 to get our appetizer and finally at that point asked that our dinner be packaged to go. It was pitiful. The manager, Anthony, had no customer service skills. If Christian was on he would have taken our order, and apologized a million times. There was no excuse. The restaurant was not that busy. I will think twice before going again.

Don't get me wrong, I usually like Romano's, but this location was not good. Sub-par service, a margherita pizza that had diced tomatoes on it and the crust was under cooked, and dessert had strawberries that weren't fresh. Additionally, my napkin smelled bad. Service was OK, but not spectacular. I will not be coming back.

Service was good. Food was OK, not what it used to be anymore. The baked mozz & Italian fries app were very good. We had fettuccine Alfredo and Italian trio. Afreadobsauce has changed. OK at best... Had the chocolate cake with gelato, gelato was frozen and like eating ice cubes. 1/2 all bottles on Thursday nights can't be beat!

The food is always very good. They constantly add new items to the menu. Absolutely loved the fried artichokes they offer, first time i tried it and they are the ones who introduced ir to me. Moderately priced.
