Good service on a relatively busy Friday evening. Family friendly atmosphere. Good value as the quality is decent and the portions are big. Ordered Kale salad and the Chicken Scalpitini while the kids had mac and cheese. All surpassed expectations.
We had our 2nd Annual Christmas Party, it was a great evening, the ambiance and the food (especially the meatballs and stuffed mushrooms) was delicious. Food tastes good, but it’s a total disaster of an operation when things get busy. Ordered from door dash, received the wrong order. Refunded that, ordered directly from the location’s website because maybe it wasn’t Macaroni’s fault. And went to go pick it up 10 minutes *after* the site said it would be ready, about 30 minutes from ordering. Restaurant claims literally no responsibility for the wrong order, blamed Doordash and told me to call them. I’ll preface this with understanding the busy holiday, it’s the totally flabbergasted and lackadaisical attitude of workers “running” the pass that I do not get. Zero urgency or direction. Zero communication from chefs to waiters. Zero direction from the manager milling about the restaurant. Ok... Skip ahead to a room full of disorganized and cranky Grubhub drivers wanting to know when their orders are done. I ask the cashier at pick-up about my order, she does something on the computer, takes my receipt I brought to verify the order. There’s one other young woman working that station and a tornado of receipts from who-knows-what behind them. All said and done I was there ONE HOUR for a to-go order. No updates ever. Food sitting of the pass for the whole time I was there. Grand total 1.5 hours to get 2 entrees on Valentine’s Day. I’m sure it’s fine at lunch or when it’s slow, but ask these people to keep it together under pressure and they’re going to ruin your night. Twice this has happened. Once to me, and once a couple weeks ago to my husband. Not again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I am absolutely amazed at the service we received. I made a reservation the day of and when I arrived they had the table set and everything went smoothly. They offered us a sample of wine, which I thought was very nice. The appetizers came out pretty quickly and our food didn't take long to be served after that. Josh our server was amazing!!! Constantly was checking if we needed anything and was really pleasant about bringing us what we needed(we were a pretty large group). It was a very busy night, but Josh really made us feel welcomed. We felt as we were his only table, which we weren't but that's how great his service was! Towards the end, they brought us a cake I had bought for us to celebrate my parents anniversary, along with the cake this guy came and sang them a song, it was so beautiful!!!!!! Macaroni Grill -- I want to thank you so much for making this night so special for my whole family, you really went above and beyond my expectations. The service, food, and entertainment was so great! I will definitely be coming back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This rating is not for the food or the staff here but for the management. We made a reservation for 6:30pm and arrived a few minutes earlier to a jam packed waiting area. We overheard that a 5:15pm table had yet to be seated and we were told that there were eight parties ahead of us. Yet, when we checked on our phone, this location was still accepting reservations on open table! This is usually a well run restaurant so we were very disappointed. The waitstaff were clearly overburdened and the kitchen staff all looked exhausted. Great place, bad leadership. Update: based on the owner’s response below, I did as was asked and gave the feedback through the website provided. I have yet to hear back and it’s been over a week now.
Good was alright. The waiters don't look to be very busy and have time to take breaks, I mention this because one smelled like he was smoking a cigarette at my table. That wasn't pleasant. (This was a single occurrence). The buffalo chicken park was good. Very buttery though. I have been here three times and have yet to see a crowd. That can worry me at times if there is hardly ever anyone in a restaurant. Good size portions.
