Nice neighborhood restaurant with a limited breakfast/lunch menu and drinks. Food was excellent. I had “Hashed Out” which was nicely spicy with the jalapeños (which can be picked off if desired). My wife had a very nice biscuit. Interior is very welcoming and up-to-date with a couple of tables outside for those cooler days. Parking can be challenging, but there is parking behind.

Been here a few times, but first time back in 2 years. Kids loved the waffles and cheese grits were great. Biscuit Sammie was solid. Only issues were cbcb - chicken was dry and the biscuit bottom was overdone. Fried green tomatoes tasted great, but sliced paper thin.

The cutest brunch destination in the heart of Avondale Estates. This would be the place to take your out-of-state visitor who is looking for a "southern brunch." The size of the spicy chicken sammy looked daunting but it was more manageable than we thought (i.e. we finished the whole thing). The chicken was our favorite. The fish and grits portion was plenty. The cheesy grits had a good consistency. We went on a Saturday and didn't have to wait for a seat outside. Wait inside was roughly 15 mins.

Let me start off by saying- I started eating my food before I even thought of taking pictures haha! Everything was really good. I got the chicken and waffles, hash browns and the house soda. Our server, Thomas, was amazing! Definitely will be back with family, and friends!

Great brunch experience sitting at the bar with good recommendations from Thomas, bar tender. The flavors were light and not salty, which for our tastes well. I would think this place would be good for the vegan crowd in addition to the meat eaters since you can add the protein of your choice. We added runny eggs on all our dishes to add the savory gooey goodness to bind everything. I loved the hash and was impressed by the green curry that tasted rich from the coconut used in it but the curry wasn’t over powering. Fried green tomatoes were superb with the thicker batter that didn’t taste heavy but stuck nicely to the tomatoes. The home made ranch was awesome sauce, literally and needs to be bottled. They have weekly sodas made in-house and is worth a try. We are definitely coming back to try the shrimp and grits and the Greek salad, two other recommendations from Thomas.

Great breakfast spot! We had to wait maybe 15 min on a Sunday morning. Not bad! All the employees were super friendly and helpful. Portions were large and food was amazing. The biscuits were so fluffy! The biscuit sandwich would be even better with some sort of sauce/jam on it as it was a tad dry but still very tasty.

Very lovely and niche brunch spot. Excellent service and atmosphere, the food was really good, although I would've preferred everything a bit more seasoned overall—that being said, the homemade hot sauce was really good. Somewhat high prices, but that seems to be the norm nowadays so, c'est la vie. You won't regret giving this place a try.

let’s be honest with ourselves. we were so excited by the promise of this new restaurant. after dealing with ohioans for the holidays we needed a break. what a better way than a lovely elevated breakfast? upon entrance the host was rude and dismissive. no problem, you ever been to columbus? the bartender was sick and talking about it to all the customers. in this cultural climate…? RUDE and frankly disrespectful… frozen cubed hashbrowns? no thanks. sausage patty drier than english humor. the eggs oozed a slime that no one should have to encounter. biscuits undercooked and dense. ——- responding to the owner: the food was boring, lacked flavor, and your employees need training. i saw multiple servers putting their entire hands in glasses when they cleared tables. really weird to get offended when the literal nature of the service industry is to take reviews and incorporate them into your service (when possible). especially weird when i was clearly making a crack. take a deep breath and invest in some training for your employees.
