Didn’t get seated told it would be 30-40 minutes stood outside that long waiting . Went in to ask about the table said the table they were waiting to seat us at was still eating and no other tables available. The whole other side of the restaurant was open but apparently if you call ahead you can reserve a seat? Na no thanks. Applebees seated us right away and they were just as busy..
The Restaurant was clean, and even though they were busy on a Friday night the wait wasn’t bad. Eddie, our server, was great!! He was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Our drinks never went dry and the food came out hot and fresh!! We ordered a mixed drink and it came out quick, and it was very good. We had a great experience here and the food was Delish!! We will definitely revisit.
Stopped by today and I think our server was named Bobby. He was AMAZING!!! He was very attentive and paid attention to details and showed he wanted to be there and he enjoys his job! A lady bought out my fiancé more shrimp. Bobby came out the back and he said I think you are eating faster than her and she is still eating her crab so I bought you some more out😂 I was amazed because it was true and he paid attention! He did an amazing job and if I’m ever in the area I’ll make sure to stop by!
Just finished a very good endless salad & lobster bisque soup with cheddar biscuits. And Angel was a great waitress. The lunch crowd was sparse so come on out and support this great Tullahoma restaurant. Great parking, family friendly, & Red Lobster has a rewards program. Also a bar that supports a large drink selection.
Did not get what I ordered. You all didn't have enough help. The shrimp I got was delicious but one wasn't what I ordered. I didn't want to bother the waitress because she was doing everything she could.
This was our first time back to this Red Lobster in a couple of years. We were not disappointed as the visit was excellent. A special was a live Maine lobster. Prices have gone up quite a bit on this dish but I ordered it anyway. It was steamed, not stuffed, and it was not overdone as this type of dish can be. When that occurs, it is tough and rubbery. Fortunately, in this instance, it was moist and tender. Katie, our server, brought all of the utensils necessary to enjoy the meal (including a bib) and I enjoyed every bite. My dining companion ordered flounder with lobster sauce. It was good but too salty. The salt may have been from the seasoning. It was cooked so the fish was tender; the salt flavor was overwhelming. No doubt, some people like a great deal of salt. We do not generally salt our food for health reasons so when there is a lot on a meal, it is evident. The house salad has gotten smaller than it used to be but the French dressing was still very tasty and the lettuce was fresh. The cup of clam chowder that I ordered to accompany the lobster was also excellent. This was the first time I had seen oysters Rockefeller on the menu at a Red Lobster. I wanted to try that dish but had already ordered a full meal so was not able to do so. Our server, Katie, did an excellent job. The orders were placed and delivered correctly and promptly and the food was served hot. She also brought iced tea refills quickly and without being asked which we appreciated.
We went on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. I expected it to be a long wait. Only had to wait 10 minutes for a booth. The food was on point and the service was too. It was our second time to this location, as a closer location doesn’t live up to this one. We will be back.
