My wife and I decided to have a nice Sunday evening at Red lobster and let me tell you… it was a phenomenal experience with Noah. He was juggling a few other tables, but he was always on point with his service and finished every stop at our table with a smile. I will definitely be back and sit with Noah at our next red lobster visit. Great service!
Update: WOW! Sometimes the best way to see how a business cares about their customers is how they resolve a bad experience. Shelly the manager reached out to make our last visit right. We returned, and Lealand was our waiter. THE. BEST. SERVICE. EVER! We were treated very well. Folks sitting next to us were getting the same level of service. Everyone in our area of the dining room sang Happy Birthday to a young lady celebrating. The atmosphere was great! The GM and asst manager was checking on folks. We will be back. Update: Management reached out to give them another opportunity to fix. I’ll update when we return. We were seated immediately. Child and wife got their dinners. I ordered all you can eat shrimp, salad, and baked potato. An hour and a half later I’m still waiting on my baked potato and second round of shrimp. Dirty plates left. I’ve never EVER experienced this kind of service anywhere. EVER. I’m leaving this place with a $100 bill and I’m hungry. I didn’t get my dinner. Unbelievable. My wife’s favorite place and may not be back.
Today we enjoyed a feast at our neighborhood Red Lobster. We dropped in right after church and were able to be seated right away. Our server Brook was attentive, sweet, friendly and offered fabulous service. I ordered the crab with roasted garlic butter and opted for the Bairdi variety. That was a hardy shoulder of crab! Thank goodness they provided plastic gloves and a crab cracker. The Bairdi is a much tougher crab than the snow crab. My darling wife went for the shrimp. And when I say went for it, I'm not joking. She started with a skewer of grilled shrimp and a serving of garlic butter shrimp. Next she tried the fried coconut shrimp, and another skewer of grilled shrimp. Then another order of coconut shrimp. Then coconut shrimp again. Then finally two skewers of grilled shrimp. To compliment our ravaging of the indigenous population of crab in Alaska and shrimp from The Gulf we also downed a big salad, a huge bowl of cole slaw and 30 cheddar bay biscuits. To say feast would be an understatement. I won't be eating seafood for a few days. Delicious food, great service, clean, friendly atmosphere. Red Lobster knocked it out of the park today. The Biardi crab legs in garlic butter are phenomenal! We had to have them 2 nights in a row!
Delicious! Found a long hair in my food...That part was gross but it happens. Food was hot, crab legs didnt taste like cold water and the ambiance was stellar.
The service was absolutely amazing! Tiffany really took care of us and made sure we had all the shrimp our lil hearts desired. We all had the lobster pizza as our appetizer and for the main course we tried every shrimp option besides the retched coconut shrimp! For our side french fries and orzo rice. The orzo rice was a skimpy serving but that was quickly fixed. I took away a star because the female manager running around had a nasty attitude. We were near the kitchen and could hear her yelling at the servers about their tables not being clean fast enough for her and see her cone out flustered and upset. No one wants to hear or see that!
The endless Shrimp was phenominal. The Shrimp Rangoon was delicious, as was the Scampi, and Coconut Shrimp. All of the food was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic. She catered to all of our needs. She really was awesome. The atmosphere was really nice, not crowded at all. We went at 2:30 p.m.
First off, love, love, love the cheddar bay biscuits!!! This location is always busy, so we opted for takeout. They said it would be ready at 4:00pm. We got there at 3:55pm, let them know we were there, and they brought it out, exactly at 4:00pm!!! We checked the order, and it was hot and perfect!!! We had a really hard time not tearing into the biscuits!! The smell almost overwhelming!!!
